Claims (10)
- 1. The anti-blocking glue spraying head based on the coating and the bionic structure comprises a glue spraying head main body (1) and is characterized in that anti-sticking coatings are arranged on the inner surface of a glue spraying channel of the glue spraying head main body (1) and the outer surface of a glue spraying port (4), and at least the outer end surface of the glue spraying port (4) is provided with a bionic micro-texture (6) based on the lotus leaf surface.
- 2. The anti-blocking spray head based on a coating and a bionic structure according to claim 1, wherein the coating is a polytetrafluoroethylene coating or a teflon coating.

The anti-blocking glue spraying head based on the coating and the bionic structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bionic micro-texture (6) comprises a plurality of regular hexagons with side lengths of 40-50 μm and depths of 3-5 μm which are all arranged on the outer end face of the glue spraying port (4).
- 4. The anti-blocking spray head based on the coating and the bionic structure according to claim 3, wherein the spacing between the regular hexagons is 100-200 μm.

The anti-blocking glue spraying head based on the coating and the bionic structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a transition layer is further deposited on the inner surface of the glue spraying channel and the outer surface of the glue spraying port (4), and the transition layer is made of nickel-phosphorus alloy or titanium alloy so as to improve the binding force between the coating and the base material.
