  1. 1. The shaping system of claim 2 wherein said forward shaping region comprises a left forward shaping region and a right forward shaping region, said forward shaping region defining an upper left shaping surface and an upper right shaping surface disposed in parallel, said forward shaping lower die base defining a lower left shaping surface and a lower right shaping surface disposed in parallel on top thereof, said upper left shaping surface and said upper right shaping surface disposed in correspondence with said lower left shaping surface and said lower right shaping surface, respectively, said upper left shaping surface and said lower left shaping surface defining said forward left shaping region therebetween for placement of said left side wall outer panel, said upper left shaping surface and said lower left shaping surface being engaged with each other for pressing placement of said left side wall outer panel in said forward left shaping region, said upper right shaping surface and said lower right shaping surface defining therebetween a right forward right shaping region for placement of said right side wall outer panel, said upper right shaping surface and said lower right shaping surface being engaged with each other for pressing placement of said right side wall outer panel in said forward right shaping region.

The shaping system of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein said side shaping upper die holder includes a side shaping upper base and a side shaping upper die holder, said side shaping upper base being recessed upwardly to form a second mounting slot, a notch of said second mounting slot being located at a bottom of said side shaping upper base, said side shaping upper die holder being removably mounted within said second mounting slot, a bottom of said side shaping upper die holder forming an upper shaping portion extending downwardly through a notch of said second mounting slot and out of said second mounting slot, said upper shaping portion and said side shaping lower die holder forming said side shaping region therebetween for placement of said left side gusset outer plate or said right side gusset outer plate, said upper shaping portion and said side shaping lower die holder being snap-fit to each other to squeeze said left side gusset outer plate or said right side gusset placed in said side shaping region.

The shaping system of claim 5 wherein said side shaping lower die base includes a side shaping lower base and a side shaping lower die block, said side shaping lower base being recessed downwardly to form a third mounting slot, a notch of said third mounting slot being located at a top of said side shaping lower base, said side shaping lower die block being removably mounted in said third mounting slot, a top of said side shaping lower die block forming a lower shaping portion, said upper shaping portion and said lower shaping portion forming said side shaping region therebetween, said upper shaping portion and said lower shaping portion being snap-fit to one another to compress said left side gusset outer panel or said right side gusset outer panel placed in said side shaping region.

The shaping system of claim 6 wherein the bottom of said side shaping upper base is provided with a plurality of second guide posts, a plurality of said second guide posts being disposed along the outer edges of said side shaping upper base, each said second guide post extending vertically, said side shaping lower base being provided with a plurality of second guide slots disposed along the outer edges of said side shaping upper base, each said second guide slot extending vertically, said second guide slots being disposed in one-to-one correspondence with and mating with said second guide posts.
  8. 8. The system of claim 6, wherein the bottom groove wall of the second mounting groove and the bottom groove wall of the third mounting groove are hollowed out.
