Claims (13)
- 1. The welding device is characterized by comprising a reinforcing sheet supply unit, a reinforcing sheet bearing unit, a pole piece supporting unit, a welding unit and a pole lug supply unit; the reinforcing sheet supply unit is positioned at one side of the reinforcing sheet receiving unit in the length direction, the welding unit and the tab supply unit are positioned above the pole piece support unit, the pole piece support unit is positioned above the reinforcing sheet receiving unit, and the reinforcing sheet receiving unit is movable along the length direction.

Background In battery production, welding of the pole piece and the pole lug is a key procedure. The existing welding device adopts a mode of directly welding the tab and the pole piece, has low strength of the welding part, and is easy to cause the problems of tab falling and pole piece breakage, thereby leading to battery core faults. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a novel technical scheme of a welding device, which at least can solve the technical problem of insufficient strength of a welding position of a tab and a pole piece in the prior art.
