- 1. A capsule cutting and separating device comprises a roller, a cutting die column, an end cam and a cutter, wherein a plurality of capsule accommodating grooves are formed in the peripheral surface of the middle part of the roller along the circumferential direction, and air suction holes are formed in the bottom of the groove; the capsule cutting and separating device is characterized in that the capsule cutting and separating device also comprises an arc baffle which is externally and fixedly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the roller provided with the capsule accommodating groove, can axially move in the die column mounting holes, can be inserted into a capsule blank inner cavity accommodated in the capsule accommodating groove when the cutting die column moves forwards to enable the capsule blank to be sleeved on the cutting die column, the rear end of the cutting die column is provided with a rolling body, the rolling body and the track surface of the end cam are in matched motion, the cutting die column is driven by the end cam to axially move in the die column mounting holes when the roller rotates relative to the end cam, and the cutter is positioned at the radial side of the roller, the distance between the inner surface of the arc baffle and the outer circumferential surface of the roller provided with the capsule accommodating groove is smaller than the diameter of a capsule, a slitter edge separation channel for passing slitter edges is formed between the side end surface of the arc baffle and the end surface of the orifice of the die column mounting hole, the distance is larger than the axial length of the slitter edges and the diameter of the slitter edges, the front position and the rear position of a set point on the roller are set according to the rotating direction of the roller, the front position and the rear position of the set point on the roller are set as the rear position, the arc baffle is positioned in front of the cutter in the rotating direction of the roller, and a capsule genuine product collecting channel is arranged at the side of the outlet of the capsule channel at the front end of the arc baffle.
- 2. The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 1, wherein the slitter edge separating channel is provided with a fixed stop block.
- 3. The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the front section of the circular arc baffle is smaller than the rear section, and the waste edge separating channel is formed between the side end surface of the front section of the circular arc baffle and the end surface of the orifice of the die column mounting hole.
- 4. The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 3, wherein flanges protruding towards the roller are arranged at two side edges of the inner surface of the front section of the circular arc baffle.
- 5. The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 2, wherein the arc baffle and the stop block are supported and fixed by using the same mounting bracket.

The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 1, wherein the cutter is a disc cutter, the blade is positioned at the outer edge, the cutter is arranged on a rotating shaft, the axial direction of the cutter is in the same direction as the axial direction of the cutting die column, and the rotating shaft is supported and arranged through a bearing.
- 7. The capsule cutting and separating device according to claim 6, wherein the front end of the cutting die is provided with a cutter groove for accommodating the cutter blade.
