Description

Completely biodegradable medical antibacterial liquid collecting bag and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of modification of high polymer materials, in particular to a completely biodegradable medical antibacterial liquid collecting bag and a preparation method thereof. Background The biodegradable medical antibacterial liquid collecting bag is an environment-friendly material combining a biodegradable non-woven fabric-film composite material and a biodegradable blow-molded film bag composite material, and aims to reduce the pollution of traditional plastic products to the environment. The traditional casting film and the resin special for blowing film and the non-woven fabric material are mainly polyethylene and polypropylene, and are not biodegradable. The PBAT is copolyester of terephthalic acid, adipic acid and butanediol and has the characteristic of biodegradability, and the biodegradable non-woven fabric is generally prepared from natural fibers (such as cotton, hemp and bamboo pulp) or bio-based synthetic fibers (such as PLA polylactic acid, PBAT, PHA and the like) by carding, air-laying or melt-blowing. These fibers are biodegradable and can be broken down by microorganisms in a particular environment (e.g., compost). The biodegradable non-woven fabric-membrane composite material is formed by adhering a layer of biodegradable polymer film (such as PLA, PBAT, PBS or starch-based material) on the surface of the biodegradable non-woven fabric through a melt extrusion process, so that the material has the properties of water resistance, oil resistance, heat sealing and the like. The PBAT/PLA blend which is not blended and modified has low melt flow rate, is difficult to meet the high-speed stretching rate required by the production process, is easy to shrink and deform in the film spraying cooling process, has serious necking phenomenon, and is difficult to obtain the non-woven film spraying composite material with uniform film thickness. Common small-molecule plasticizers, such as citric acid esters, generate a large amount of irritant volatile substances in the process of casting the plasticized polylactic acid, influence the health of human bodies and the production environment, and are not suitable for casting processing. The biological degradation performance is that under the condition of industrial composting (high temperature and high humidity and microorganism action), the material can be decomposed into CO 2, water and biomass within a few months, and the degradation speed is slower in natural environment but is far faster than that of the traditional plastic. The plasticizer selected by the invention is poly (1, 2-propylene glycol) adipate, and the poly (1, 2-propylene glycol) adipate has the advantages of higher boiling point, low volatility, no smoke emission in the film spraying process, good environmental sanitation, high viscosity, no toxicity and biodegradability, can improve the melt flow rate of the film spraying resin, reduce the film thickness, improve the film spraying production efficiency, and can maintain the biodegradation advantage. 1, 2-propanediol polyadipate with PBAT, PLA blending can not only improve the compatibility of PBAT and PLA, but also obviously improve the melt index of the blend, so that the blend is suitable for the film to be formed effectively under the action of gravity in the casting process required by the preparation and processing of the casting film, the film does not break and does not bubble, znO can obviously improve the antibacterial property of the film, reduce the viability of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, ADR-4468 molecular chains are provided with epoxy functional groups, can chemically react with hydroxyl and carboxyl ends of PBAT and PLA, can obviously improve the viscosity and the film tensile strength and the tear resistance of the PBAT/PLA blend, and the PBAT/PLA blending modified blown film and the casting film are provided with tear resistance, The puncture-resistant property and the property of being capable of being adhered tightly with PLA non-woven fabrics, and the preparation of the soft and comfortable completely biodegradable non-woven fabric-film composite material has advanced and innovative technology and process. The biodegradable medical antibacterial liquid collecting bag has wide application field, and can be used for meeting different requirements of different body parts of patients in the medical and health field. The material is favorable for protecting the environment and has very important application value. Disclosure of Invention The invention solves the technical problem of providing a completely biodegradable medical antibacterial liquid collecting bag and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liquid collecting bag has complete biodegradability and antibacterial function. The invention provides a completely biodegradable medical antibacteria
