Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of foaming product preparation, provides a foaming product with an invisible massage structure, and solves the technical defects of concentrated pressure, uncomfortable use, uneven surface, limited applicable scene and unstable interlayer combination of the traditional massage foaming product. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the foaming product with the invisible massage structure, which solves the defects that the existing foaming product preparation process is uncontrollable and the accurate molding and the integrated stable combination of the double-layer material cannot be realized. The foam product comprises an upper layer and a lower layer which are integrally formed by foaming, wherein the lower layer is higher than the upper layer in hardness, the lower layer is provided with a massage structure protruding upwards, and the upper layer is used for coating the massage structure, so that touch feeling generated by the massage structure is transferred to the upper surface of the product after being buffered by the upper layer, and soft massage under the surface leveling is realized. Is widely applicable to the fields of shoes, sitting and lying appliances, sports protection and the like.

Description
Foaming product with invisible massage structure and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of foaming product preparation, in particular to a foaming product with an invisible massage structure and a preparation method thereof. Background The foaming product is widely applied to the fields of shoes, sports protection, household articles, ground pavement and the like due to light weight, high elasticity and excellent buffering performance. With the increase of the demands of the market for functionalization, foamed products with massaging function are attracting attention. At present, a common technical means for realizing the massage function is to directly form a convex structure on the surface of a foaming product. However, the scheme has inherent defects that firstly, when the scheme is used, pressure directly acts on the tips of the rigid bulges, so that uneven pressure distribution is caused, pricking and discomfort of a user are easily caused, and the experience is poor, secondly, the exposed bulge structure breaks the continuity of the surface of a product, so that the product is difficult to adapt to scenes with direct requirements on the surface flatness (such as insoles built in shoes, cushions needing to be covered with fabrics and the like), the application range is greatly limited, and finally, the bulge gaps are easy to accumulate dirt and inconvenient to clean, and the attractive appearance and sanitation are influenced. To alleviate the above-mentioned problem of pressure concentration, improvements have been made in the prior art to attach or bond a layer of flexible material to the raised surface. However, the proposal adopts a physical bonding or secondary composite process, has weak interlayer bonding force, is easy to peel off and delaminate in use, and has poor durability. Meanwhile, the simple laminated structure is difficult to realize the collaborative design of hardness gradient and pressure transmission, and the contradiction between pressure buffering and structural stability can not be fundamentally solved. The Chinese patent publication No. CN1332623C discloses a method for manufacturing a double-layer foamed sole, which mainly comprises designing a die to be composed of an upper die, a middle die and a lower die, enabling the die to be provided with an upper die cavity and a lower die cavity which are matched with each other, then respectively placing different foaming materials with the same foaming multiplying power into the upper die cavity and the lower die cavity, closing the whole set of die to heat, enabling the different foaming materials in the upper die cavity and the lower die cavity to be shaped into an upper layer and a lower layer, opening the die to withdraw from the middle die, closing the upper die and the lower die, enabling the upper layer and the lower layer to be jointed to form the sole, then carrying out secondary heating, enabling the sole to reach the temperature of 150-180 ℃ to enable the different foaming materials to be combined into a whole, and finally fully opening the die to foam and form the sole into the double-layer foamed sole. The method can obtain foaming material with double-layer structure, but has no convex structure and no massage effect. Therefore, the technical bottleneck in the prior art needs to be broken through, and a novel foaming product capable of realizing stealth of a massage structure, softening of pressure transmission and integration of layers and a preparation method thereof are developed so as to meet the requirements of the market on a functional foaming product which is comfortable, attractive, durable and wide in application range. Disclosure of Invention Therefore, aiming at the problems, the invention provides a foaming product with a hidden massage structure, which solves the technical defects of concentrated pressure, uncomfortable use, uneven surface, limited applicable scene and unstable interlayer combination of the traditional massage foaming product. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the foaming product with the invisible massage structure, which solves the defects that the existing foaming product preparation process is uncontrollable and the accurate molding and the integrated stable combination of the double-layer material cannot be realized. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the invention provides a foaming product which is an integrated structure and comprises an upper layer and a lower layer with different hardness, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer are in a fusion state without a boundary line at an interface, the hardness of the lower layer is higher than that of the upper layer, the lower layer is provided with a massage structure protruding upwards, the upper layer completely covers the massage structure, and mechanical stimulus generated by the ma
