- 1. The PPC yoga mat is characterized by sequentially comprising a base cloth layer and a foaming layer from bottom to top, wherein the foaming layer comprises, by weight, 80-120 parts of polypropylene carbonate polyol, 10-30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-20 parts of foaming agent, 8.3-9 parts of deodorant, 3.9-8 parts of calcium carbonate and 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, and the deodorant is a mixture of coupling deodorant and physical adsorption deodorant.
- 2. The PPC yoga mat of claim 1, wherein the coupling type deodorant and the physical adsorption type deodorant are mixed according to the weight ratio of (0.3-0.5): 8.
- 3. The PPC yoga mat of claim 1, wherein the coupled odor eliminator is at least one of polyethylene diamine, diethanolamine, polyethylene imine.
- 4. The PPC yoga mat of claim 1, wherein the physical adsorption type deodorant is activated carbon powder, and the particle size of the activated carbon powder is 1-5 um.

A method of making a PPC yoga mat as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of: s001, placing the raw materials for preparing the foaming layer into an internal mixer for mixing and plasticizing, placing the internal mixer into an open mill for mixing and open milling, placing the internal mixer into an extruder, and preparing the mixture into particles through a die head; s002, placing the mixture into a mold, and performing hot-pressing foaming to obtain a foaming sheet; s003, cutting the foaming sheet material by a sheet cutting machine, and pressing the foaming sheet material by an embossing machine to obtain an imitation cloth grain or anti-skid grain to obtain a foaming layer; S004, attaching the foaming layer to the base cloth layer to prepare the PPC yoga mat.
