Description
Method for synchronously hot-pressing PET film and impregnated bond paper into composite plate Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of household decoration board processing, in particular to a method for synchronously hot-pressing and compounding PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film and impregnated bond paper on a board. Background With the continuous improvement of the requirements of the home decoration industry on environmental protection and aesthetic property, the PET series films (such as PETG films and BOBET films) and the high-gloss plates have the characteristics of high transparency, high strength and high gloss, are environment-friendly and odorless, cannot volatilize harmful gases such as benzene, formaldehyde and dioxin, and gradually become the preferable materials for the surface treatment of the decorative plates. At present, the traditional process of attaching the PET highlight film to the surface of the melamine plate mainly comprises two steps, namely attaching by adopting UV glue and attaching by adopting hot glue PUR glue. The two processes are carried out on the surface of the plate separately before lamination, so that the production process is increased, the process flow is complicated, special PET film lamination equipment is needed, the equipment investment cost is increased, extra factory space is occupied, the problem that the UV glue is not yellowing-resistant is solved, the yellowing phenomenon is easy to occur on the surface of the plate after long-term use, the decoration effect is affected, the PUR glue is subjected to health maintenance treatment after lamination, quick shipment cannot be realized, the production efficiency is reduced, in addition, the glue raw material cost and the manual operation cost are needed to be input in the independent gluing process, and the production comprehensive cost is further increased. The invention provides a PET film compounding method which can be synchronously carried out with the melamine paper pasting process of a melamine board without independent gluing or special equipment, realizes one-step molding and effectively makes up the defects of the prior art, and solves the problems of complicated process flow, large equipment investment, high cost, slow shipment, poor yellowing resistance and the like in the prior art.
