Abstract

The invention provides a gilt fabric based on PUR glue and a production process thereof. The production process comprises the following steps of S1, melting solid PUR colloidal particles in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain PUR colloidal liquid, S2, coating a substrate with the PUR colloidal liquid, pre-curing to crystallize the surface of the coated PUR colloidal liquid into a layer of coating, and S3, compounding the substrate with a gold stamping transfer film through a heating and pressing roller, carrying out gradient activation, carrying out post-treatment and rolling to obtain the gold stamping fabric. According to the invention, through the synergistic effect of the polycarbonate diol and the dynamic covalent crosslinking chain extender added into the PUR film, a high cohesive strength and micro-elasticity adhesive layer can be formed after moisture curing, and the adhesive layer is combined with gradient activation, so that the coating is mildly reactivated in a first area, the adequate flow and bonding are realized in a second area, the adequate combination can be ensured, the problems of adhesive seepage, adhesive layer transfer or fabric crush injury can be thoroughly avoided, and the production yield and pattern definition are remarkably improved.

Description

Gilt fabric based on PUR (polyurethane) adhesive and production process thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of bronzing fabrics, in particular to a PUR glue-based bronzing fabric and a production process thereof. Background The gold stamping fabric is widely applied to the fields of fashion, home textile, shoe materials, bags and suitcases and the like as a high-grade decorative fabric, and metal or color patterns are attached to the surface of a base material mainly through a hot pressing transfer process, so that the base material has a glossy visual angle effect. The adhesive force, durability, hand feeling and environmental friendliness of the gold stamping pattern are directly determined by the core adhesive layer of the traditional gold stamping process. At present, adhesives commonly used in the production of gilt fabric mainly comprise solvent-type adhesives and hot melt adhesives. Solvent-based adhesives, although having strong initial adhesion, release a large amount of organic volatile organic compounds during their production, which can cause serious environmental pollution and health hazard, and residual solvents can affect the hand feel of fabrics and odor problems. Hot melt adhesives, particularly ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA) and Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU), have found widespread use due to their solvent-free, fast cure characteristics. However, EVA adhesive has poor heat resistance and washing resistance, and the adhesive layer has high hardness, so that the fabric is easy to harden and rigidify in hand feeling, the due softness and draping feeling of the textile can be lost, and brittle cracking is easy to occur under repeated bending or temperature change, so that the gold stamping patterns fall off. TPU adhesives have improved flexibility but limited versatility in terms of bond strength to substrates, particularly for functional fabrics with low surface energy or special coatings, often have difficulty forming strong and durable interfacial bonds and present a risk in high temperature washing or ironing. Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives (PURs) are an emerging adhesive technology that, after melt sizing, form an irreversible three-dimensional network structure by cross-linking reaction with moisture in the air, thus achieving excellent bond strength, heat resistance, chemical solvent resistance, and creep resistance. However, the PUR adhesive is mainly applied to wood processing and automobile manufacturing, and is applied to gilt fabric, and the following problems still remain to be solved. For example, the hot stamping process requires that the adhesive have proper melt fluidity and open time during the hot-press compounding stage to ensure adequate wetting and compounding of the hot-stamped transfer film. However, the moisture curing characteristics of conventional PUR glues make their open time difficult to control. If the opening time is too short, the accurate alignment and compounding are not completed, if the opening time is too long, the initial adhesion is slowly established, the production line speed is affected, the uncured adhesive layer is easy to bond, the existing general-purpose PUR adhesive is difficult to meet the accurate time sequence requirements of the gold stamping process on quick shaping and full activation, in addition, the existing PUR adhesive is used for improving the peeling strength, generally, the crosslinking density is required to be improved, the modulus of the adhesive layer is increased, the elasticity is reduced, the hand feeling of a gold stamping part is hardened, the comfortableness is affected, meanwhile, the existing PUR adhesive is slowly permeated and cured depending on environmental moisture, the complete curing time is long, and the production efficiency is low. Therefore, the technology for producing the gilt fabric can meet the requirement of harsh environment, and the problems of process adaptation, interface reliability and high-efficiency solidification difficulty can be solved. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a gilt fabric based on PUR glue and a production process thereof, and solves the problems in the prior art. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a production process of a PUR glue-based bronzing fabric, comprising the steps of: s1, melting solid PUR colloidal particles under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain PUR glue solution; S2, coating the PUR glue solution on a substrate, and pre-curing to crystallize the surface of the coated PUR glue layer into a layer of coating; S3, compounding the base material and the gold stamping transfer film through a heating and pressing roller, performing gradient activation, performing aftertreatment, and winding to obtain the gold stamping fabric.
