The actuator has the advantages of large torque output and labor saving during emergency unlocking.

- 1. A high torque actuator, comprising: a housing having a receiving chamber therein; the driving motor is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is provided with an output shaft gear, and the number of teeth of the output shaft gear is less than or equal to 5; the gear transmission set is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a first duplex gear, a second duplex gear, a third duplex gear and an emergency unlocking gear, a first end gear of the first duplex gear is meshed with the output shaft gear to form a staggered shaft gear pair, a second end gear of the first duplex gear is meshed with one gear of the second duplex gear, the other gear of the second duplex gear is meshed with one gear of the third duplex gear, the other gear of the third duplex gear is meshed with the emergency unlocking gear, the third duplex gear is provided with an output transmission part penetrating out of the shell and used for outputting torsion, the emergency unlocking gear is provided with an operation part penetrating out of the shell and used for emergency unlocking operation, and The circuit board group is provided with a plurality of pins, a first end of each pin is positioned in the accommodating cavity, part of the first ends are electrically connected with the driving motor, part of the first ends are used for collecting and transmitting rotary position signals, and a second end of each pin is exposed out of the shell and is used for being connected with a client circuit.
- 2. The large torque actuator of claim 1 wherein said staggered axis gear pair is an intersecting axis bevel gear pair.
- 3. The large torsion actuator of claim 1, wherein the drive motor is disposed horizontally with respect to the bottom surface of the housing, and the first duplex gear, the second duplex gear, the third duplex gear, and the emergency release gear are disposed vertically with respect to the bottom surface of the housing.
- 4. The high torque actuator of claim 1 wherein the second end gear of the first tandem gear is a helical gear or a spur gear.
- 5. The high torque actuator of claim 1 wherein said second double gear, said third double gear or said emergency unlocking gear is a helical gear or a spur gear.
- 6. The high torque actuator of claim 1 wherein the diameter of the addendum circle of the first tandem gear is less than 19mm.
- 7. The high torque actuator of claim 1 wherein said emergency unlocking gear is equal in modulus to said third duplex gear engagement end and has a pitch circle diameter of less than 28mm.
- 8. The large torsion actuator of claim 1, wherein the rotational position signal is collected by a potentiometer, the potentiometer is disposed in the accommodating cavity, one end of the emergency unlocking gear is provided with a special-shaped shaft, and the special-shaped shaft is matched with a special-shaped hole of the potentiometer to drive the potentiometer to rotate so as to output the position signal.
- 9. The high torque actuator of claim 1, further comprising a first seal ring disposed at the junction of the third duplex gear and the housing, and a second seal ring disposed at the junction of the emergency release gear and the housing.

The high torque actuator of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing, the upper housing being in welded connection with the lower housing, the upper housing being provided with a first through hole through which the emergency unlocking gear passes, the lower housing being provided with a second through hole through which the third duplex gear passes.

Background The charging gun lock actuator is a key component for guaranteeing charging safety of a new energy automobile and is used for realizing locking and unlocking functions of a charging gun and a charging port of a vehicle.
