- 1. - 7. The single point mooring device of claim 6 wherein an electrical slip ring is provided on the cover and an inner rotor of the electrical slip ring is connected to the inner tower and an outer rotor of the electrical slip ring is connected to the cover by its outer shell.
- 8. A single point mooring as defined in claim 3, further comprising a pump station disposed on the platform for driving the lifting apparatus.
- 9. The single point mooring device of claim 1 wherein the upper tower end of the inner tower is a conical structure and the lower tower end of the inner tower is an inverted T-shaped platform.
- 10. The single point mooring of claim 1 wherein the tower interior of the outer tower is a circular structure and the tower exterior structure of the outer tower is aligned with the bow of the platform.
