Description
Small floating platform for near control of marginal gas field underwater production system Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of offshore oil engineering, in particular to a small floating platform for near control of an underwater production system of a marginal gas field. Background Offshore marginal gas fields have the characteristics of limited reserves, distributed dispersion and the like, and are usually far away from the main force gas field. At present, a mode of 'conventional platform + long-distance pipe network + centralized processing' is developed and used, and umbilical cables of tens of kilometers are paved in the mode to be connected with an underwater production system so as to realize electric power, hydraulic pressure, signal and medicament transmission. This approach has the following prominent problems: 1. the umbilical cable materials, manufacturing, laying and maintaining costs occupy a high proportion of the total investment, and the economic benefit is poor. 2. Long distance transmission causes control signal delay, hydraulic pressure and medicament injection pressure attenuation, and system stability is reduced. 3. The construction period is long, and the repeated utilization difficulty of the conventional platform is high. Therefore, a solution to the above-mentioned problems is needed to greatly reduce the development cost of the marginal gas field and improve the stability of the control system. Disclosure of Invention The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art and provides a small floating platform for near control of a marginal gas field underwater production system. A small floating platform for near control of a marginal gas field underwater production system comprises a top platform, a supporting upright post and a bottom ballast tank, wherein the top end of the supporting upright post is provided with the top platform, and the bottom end of the supporting upright post is provided with the bottom ballast tank. The battery bin and the ethylene glycol storage tank are arranged in the supporting upright post, and the battery bin is arranged in the supporting upright post at the top position of the ethylene glycol storage tank. The number of the battery bins is three, and the number of the ethylene glycol storage tanks is two. The bottom ballast tank is provided with a heave plate. The bottom ballast tank comprises a water pressure ballast tank and a sand ballast tank, the water pressure ballast tank is of an annular structure and is arranged at the edge of the sand ballast tank, and the top of the sand ballast tank is fixedly connected with the bottom of the supporting upright post. The bottom of the bottom ballast tank is provided with anchor chains, the number of the anchor chains is 3 groups, and the included angle between the groups of the anchor chains is 120 degrees. The movable small floating platform is arranged nearby the wellhead, so that the length of the umbilical cable is shortened from kilometer level to hundred meters level, the costs of umbilical cable materials, manufacturing, laying and maintaining are obviously reduced, the offshore construction period is shortened, and the economic benefit of marginal gas field development is effectively improved. On the basis, the problems of control signal delay, hydraulic pressure, medicament injection pressure attenuation and the like caused by long-distance transmission can be avoided, the response speed, stability and reliability of the control system are greatly improved, and the method is particularly suitable for economic and efficient development of offshore marginal gas fields which are far away from main force gas fields, limited in reserves and distributed and dispersed.
