Description
Pneumatic sweeper for belt conveyor Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of belt conveyor cleaning, in particular to a pneumatic sweeper for a belt conveyor. Background The belt conveyor is also called a belt conveyor, and is an indispensable continuous conveying device in industries such as mines, ports, building materials and the like. When high moisture, fine particles, or adherent coal is transported, it tends to adhere to the belt surface. However, the sticking phenomenon is not uniformly distributed, but exhibits different degrees of adhesion in the width direction of the belt according to the dynamics of the belt and the flow rule of the material. The central area of the belt along the width direction is a main flow area of materials, but most of the coal materials can be smoothly unloaded due to thicker accumulation of the coal materials in the central area, so that the coal materials adhered to the central area are limited, the edge area of the belt along the width direction is a concentration area of the belt with the deviation result, when the belt deviates, the coal materials continuously rub and squeeze a sealing apron board of a guide chute, wet materials and fine coal powder are seriously accumulated and compacted at the edge to form a 'coal ridge', and if the edge area of the belt is not cleaned timely, the compacted coal materials can aggravate abrasion of the belt and the apron board, block the massive materials, and even cause longitudinal tearing of the belt. In the prior art, the belt is cleaned in a contact manner through the sweeper scraper, the coal in the central area can be effectively scraped by the mode, but dead angles of the scraper are formed in the edge area of the belt, and the cleaning is easy to be incomplete. Disclosure of Invention The application aims to provide a pneumatic sweeper for a belt conveyor, which aims to solve the technical problems that the existing cleaning mode has dead angles for cleaning and is difficult to thoroughly clean the edge area of the belt.
