A semiconductor HPD power module part loading and unloading apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein the support table is provided with a plurality of openings on a peripheral side thereof, the recess portion of the tray is exposed in the openings, the second and third fixing mechanisms are adapted to pass through the openings when the support table is movable, the peripheral side of the tray is exposed in the openings, the loading and unloading stations are provided with material passing passages, a plurality of guide blocks are arranged on an inner side of the material passing passages at intervals in a circumferential direction, the guide blocks are adapted to pass through the openings to contact the peripheral side of the tray when the tray passes through the material passing passages, and inner receiving surfaces are arranged on upper and lower ends of the guide blocks and adapted to guide the peripheral side of the tray to contact the guide blocks.
  6. 6. A semiconductor HPD power module part loading and unloading apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein the front end undersides of the first and second grippers are provided with guide surfaces adapted to contact the tray to guide the first and second grippers to grip the tray tightly.

A semiconductor HPD power module part loading and unloading apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the tray has inclined surfaces on both sides in the first direction, the first fixing mechanism includes a supporting claw, a contactor is disposed on the supporting claw, a surface of the contactor is adapted to a surface of the tray on both sides in the first direction, a plurality of suction cups are disposed on the contactor, the suction cups are adapted to suck the surface of the contactor, and an end portion of the supporting claw is adapted to extend below the both sides in the first direction.
