Bearing hot assembly lifting clamp Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of bearing hot assembly, and particularly relates to a lifting clamp for bearing hot assembly. Background Bearing thermal assembly (Hot Assembly Bearings) generally refers to the process of assembly by heating the inner race or other portion of the bearing to expand it for ease of mounting to a shaft or other component. The main purpose of using thermal assembly is to temporarily increase the clearance between the bearing and its mating parts, thereby reducing friction and stress during assembly and avoiding damage to the bearing. The usual hot-fitting procedure is as follows: 1. Heating the bearing inner ring, namely heating the bearing inner ring to a certain temperature, and heating the bearing inner ring by an electric heating furnace, an oil bath or a heater. The temperature is controlled to a suitable range, typically between 80 ℃ and 120 ℃, but the specific temperature needs to be adjusted according to the material and size of the bearing. 2. And (3) quick assembly, namely expanding the heated bearing inner ring to enlarge the gap between the bearing inner ring and the shaft or other matched parts. The large-sized bearing hoisting device can only realize bearing hoisting, cannot meet the requirement of hot assembly, and cannot completely solve the technical problems described above.
