Description
Device and method for filling containers with filling products The present application is a divisional application of patent application 201880060948.2. Technical Field The present invention relates to a device and a method for filling containers with a filling product, for example for filling containers with a hot filling product in a beverage filling plant. Background In general, in beverage filling apparatuses, it is known to manufacture in an upstream process step a respective filling product to be filled before the actual filling. For this purpose, for example, a pretreatment of the main component, for example water, is carried out, wherein, for example, the main component is filtered and degassed. The subsequent steps may include combining the main ingredient with a metered product, such as syrup, and other steps of sterilizing the filled product prior to actual filling into the container to be filled. Here, sterilization of the filled product is typically performed by heating the filled product above a predetermined sterilization temperature and maintaining it at or above the sterilization temperature for a predetermined period of time. The filled product is correspondingly sterilized by this temperature treatment. The heated filling product is then introduced into the respective container by means of the respective filling valve in the desired volume, the desired mass or the desired filling height. It is also known in this respect to sterilize containers and container closures for a predetermined period of time by tempering above a predetermined sterilization temperature. In this case, in a particularly effective method, the filling product which has been heated for sterilization is also used for sterilizing the containers and container closures. For this purpose, hot-fill products, which are higher than the sterilization temperature required for sterilizing the container and the closure, are correspondingly filled into the container by means of a filling valve, and the container is then closed. For example, by moving or tilting the container, it can be ensured that all product contact surfaces of the container and of the container closure are in contact with the hot-filled product for a predetermined period of time, in order to correspondingly achieve sterilization of the product contact surfaces of the container and of the container closure by tempering in addition to sterilization of the filled product itself. After sterilization of not only the filled product but also the product contacting surfaces of the container and container closure is completed, the temperature of the filled, closed and sterilized container is reduced in the cooling section. In order to maintain the sterilization temperature for the subsequent sterilization of the containers and container closures, the hot-fill product held in advance in the fill product reservoir is pumped in the circuit by a heating device to maintain the temperature accordingly, when the production is suspended or interrupted. In addition, the hot filling product is also pumped through the filling valve to avoid cooling of the filling product present in the supply line of the filling valve and cooling of the filling valve itself. Not only by pumping but also by maintaining the filled product at a high temperature for a long time can lead to deterioration of the filled product in terms of its performance. In particular, the aroma present in the filled product can be destroyed by the shearing process, which is maintained at high temperatures for long periods of time and when pumped. Corresponding filling devices are for example known from US 2010/013834 A1 or US 2010/007193 A1. Disclosure of Invention Starting from the known prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide a product-friendly device and a product-friendly method for filling containers with hot-fill products. This object is achieved by a device for filling containers with hot-fill products having the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments emerge from the dependent claims. There is therefore proposed an apparatus for filling a container with a hot-fill product, comprising a filling valve for influencing the introduction of the fill product into the container to be filled, a main component reservoir for supplying a main component to the filling valve, and a metering valve for metering a metered product from the metering product reservoir into the filling valve. According to the invention, a heating device is provided for heating the main component in order to supply the heated main component to the filling valve, wherein the metering product is introduced into the metering valve without heating. Since the heating device is provided for heating the main component, and the metering product is introduced into the metering valve without heating, it is ensured that the heating of the metering product takes place only when the sterilization of the filling product and the contain
