Description

Filling machine Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of filling machines, in particular to a filling machine. Background Linear filling machines are devices common in packaging machines for filling liquid material into containers. The traditional linear filling machine adopts an intermittent working mode, namely, a filling valve performs filling when a container is in place, the container is conveyed away after the filling valve is completed, and then the next container is filled. This fill-and-dispense cycle results in the fill valve being in an idle state during dispense, with a lower utilization rate. In order to improve the yield, the prior art adopts double-row filling valve arrangement, namely two rows of filling valves are simultaneously arranged to increase filling stations. However, the double-row filling machine still adopts intermittent operation, and the filling valve cannot work in the bottle moving process, so that the utilization rate of the filling valve is not improved at all. Furthermore, there are differences in neck finish size and allowable filling flow rates for different gauges of containers. Small size containers typically require a slower filling rate to ensure accuracy, while large size containers can accommodate a faster flow rate. One filling machine is typically configured to handle containers of similar specifications and at a fixed filling flow rate. When handling large containers of varying sizes, the flow rate is too slow to fill the large containers, limiting efficiency improvement. In addition, the conveyor chain of the double-row filling machine is required to accommodate containers of different widths. When handling small containers, the conveyor chain width is smaller, but the double row arrangement requires two separate rows of conveyor chains, resulting in a larger overall size of the apparatus and more space occupation. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a filling machine aiming at the problems of improving the utilization rate of a filling valve of a linear filling machine, realizing the compatibility of equipment to containers with larger size difference and reducing the occupied space of the equipment. The filling machine provided by some technical schemes of the invention comprises a conveying chain, a middle baffle, a filling valve and a horizontal moving mechanism. The conveying chain comprises two rows of chain plates which are arranged in parallel, and each row of chain plates is provided with a driving device so that the two rows of chain plates can independently or synchronously operate. The middle baffle is detachably arranged between the two rows of chain plates. The filling valve is arranged above the conveying chain. The horizontal moving mechanism drives the filling valve to move horizontally between the two rows of chain plates. The two rows of chain plates independently operate through the switchable operation mode of the conveying chain and the horizontal movement of the filling valve when small-size containers are filled, the filling valve moves between the two rows for filling, so that the idle time of the filling valve is reduced, the utilization rate is improved, and when large-size containers are filled, the two rows of chain plates synchronously operate, the filling valve is positioned at the center, so that the device is suitable for filling large-size containers, and meanwhile, the device is compact in structure and space occupation is reduced. Optionally, the filling machine further comprises a control mechanism electrically connected to the drive means and the filling valve and configurable into a first or a second mode of operation. In the first working mode, the control mechanism controls the two rows of chain plates to synchronously operate and controls the filling valve to be positioned above the central line of the two rows of chain plates, and in the second working mode, the control mechanism controls the two rows of chain plates to independently operate and controls the filling valve to reciprocate above the two rows of chain plates. Automatic mode switching is achieved through the control mechanism, and operation convenience and efficiency are improved. Optionally, the movement stroke of the filling valve driven by the horizontal movement mechanism further comprises a position opposite to the liquid discharge groove. The filling valve can be moved to the fixed liquid discharge groove for cleaning, so that disassembly is avoided, and the maintenance flow is simplified. Optionally, the filling valve has a replaceable blanking mouth that matches containers of different sizes. By replacing the blanking nozzle, the device is suitable for the physical sizes of different container openings, and the device adaptability is improved. Optionally, the filling machine further comprises a bottle stopping mechanism arranged below the filling valve for stopping the container in a position opposite to the filling
