A separating device of a fine powder carrier covered with a biological film, which is characterized by comprising a separating module (300) for separating products from a sludge mixed solution and a separated product conveying unit, wherein the separating module (300) comprises at least one hydrocyclone (400), and the hydrocyclone (400) is provided with two outlets for respectively discharging separated products with larger difference of the content of the two carriers; the separated product conveying unit comprises one or a combination of a conveying pipeline, a separated product regulating tank and a conveying pump, and is used for conveying the products to the designated process units respectively.
- 2. The separating device of a fine powder carrier covered with a biological film according to claim 1, further comprising a fine filter unit (100), wherein the fine filter unit (100) is used for pretreating the sludge mixed liquor to intercept and remove large particle impurities.
- 3. A separation device of fine powder carriers coated with a biofilm according to claim 2, characterized in that said fine filter unit (100) filters large particle impurities with a particle size of at least 1mm.
- 4. The separating device for fine powder carriers coated with biological film according to claim 1, further comprising a sludge inflow adjusting tank (200), wherein the sludge inflow adjusting tank (200) is connected with the water outlet of the fine filtering unit (100) for storing the filtered sludge mixed solution.
- 5. A device for separating fine powder carriers coated with a biofilm according to claim 1, characterized in that several of said hydrocyclones (400) are arranged in parallel.
- 6. The separation device of a fine powder carrier coated with a biological film according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the carrier amount in the content product containing a large carrier amount to the carrier amount in the total treated sludge mixed liquor is not less than 75%.

A separation and recovery process of a fine powder carrier coated with a biological film, applied to the separation and recovery apparatus as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of: S1, separating, namely carrying out hydrocyclone separation treatment on sludge mixed liquor containing a fine powder carrier coated with a biological film, so as to obtain a carrier-rich product with higher carrier content and a carrier-poor product with lower carrier content; s2, a product conveying step, namely conveying the two separated products to different designated process units respectively.
