Description
Rapid sedimentation agent for raw coal washing and coal dressing slurry treatment, and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of industrial wastewater treatment and solid waste recycling, in particular to a rapid sedimentation agent for treating coal slime water which is difficult to sediment and is generated in a raw coal washing process, and a preparation method and an application method thereof. Background In the wet washing and selecting process of raw coal exploitation, water is an important medium carrier, a large amount of water is used in the process, and the raw coal is subjected to classification, desliming, medium removal, flotation, dehydration and other operations to separate out product coal, so that a large amount of slime water with complex components and high suspended matter concentration can be produced. Along with the quality change of raw coal and the improvement of sorting precision, a large amount of superfine coal dust, clay minerals, residual flotation agents and the like are commonly existed in the slime water, so that the system is highly stable, even emulsified, and natural sedimentation is extremely difficult. The slime water is recycled and not discharged after high-efficiency clarification treatment, and the treatment effect directly relates to the washing and selecting efficiency, the quality of clean coal and the production cost. At present, the main current technology of domestic slime water treatment is to add inorganic coagulant (such as polyaluminium chloride, commonly called xanthate) and organic flocculant (anionic polyacrylamide, commonly called white drug). However, the traditional medicament has obvious limitations facing increasingly complex slime water systems, namely firstly, the effect of purely electric neutralization and bridging is limited for an emulsifying and ultrafine particle system, so that the dosage of the medicament is huge, secondly, the formed floccules are often loose, the water content is high, the sedimentation speed is low, suspended matters (turbidity) of effluent of a clarification tank are difficult to reach standards, and finally, a large amount of added aluminum salt can cause accumulation of chloride ions or aluminum ions in circulating water, influence the subsequent washing and selecting process, and the produced sludge is loose, so that the difficulty is brought to subsequent filter pressing and dehydration. On the other hand, phosphogypsum is a large amount of industrial solid waste generated in the wet-process phosphoric acid production process, and the main component of phosphogypsum is calcium sulfate dihydrate. The phosphogypsum has huge storage quantity in China, and the recycling utilization of phosphogypsum is mainly concentrated in the fields of cement retarders, building material products and the like, but has the problems of limited consumption, low added value of products and the like. Phosphogypsum is subjected to specific modification, and the phosphogypsum is developed in the field of water treatment, particularly as an efficient treatment agent for difficult-to-treat slime water, and a mature and effective technical scheme is not yet disclosed. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims at providing a novel rapid sedimentation agent for treating raw coal washing slime water, which aims at solving the problems of large dosage of the agent, low sedimentation speed, high turbidity of effluent, poor dehydration of the slime, single way of phosphogypsum recycling and the like in the existing slime water treatment technology. The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the rapid sedimentation agent, which has simple process and is easy for industrial production. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for using the rapid sedimentation agent in treating slime water. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: the invention provides a raw coal washing and dressing slime water treatment rapid settling agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of purified phosphogypsum powder 5-10 Parts of dendritic polyamine cation Sulfate 10-50 parts 10-20 Parts of chloride salt. Preferably, the chloride salt is selected from one or a combination of two of magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, aluminum chloride and ferric chloride. Preferably, the sulfate is selected from one or a combination of two of aluminum sulfate and ferric sulfate. Preferably, the chloride salt is calcium chloride and the sulfate salt is aluminum sulfate. More preferably, the ferric chloride and the aluminum sulfate are granular powders with diameters of 0.1-0.5 mm. Preferably, the purified phosphogypsum powder is anhydrous-semi-water-dihydrate mixed phosphogypsum powder obtained by washing, floating, drying and purifying phosphogypsum which is a wet phosphoric acid proce
