The domestic sewage treatment is a key link for improving the ecological environment of the village, and particularly has irreplaceable effects in water resource protection, sanitary condition improvement and ecological livability target realization. The traditional rural domestic sewage treatment usually adopts an activated sludge process, and a core aeration tank of the traditional rural domestic sewage treatment promotes microorganism degradation of pollutants by injecting air into sewage, but the traditional rural domestic sewage treatment faces significant challenges in actual operation. A large amount of viscous foam and organic scum generated in the sewage aeration process can continuously cover the sewage liquid level to form a physical isolation layer. This not only prevents the effective transfer of oxygen to the water body and reduces the microbial metabolism efficiency, but also causes uneven distribution of dissolved oxygen concentration and seriously affects the treatment efficiency. More notably, in rural areas with large population density fluctuation, seasonal changes of sewage components are remarkable (such as rapid increase of holiday detergent concentration), foam accumulation is particularly remarkable, and the traditional manual salvage mode is low in efficiency and high in operation and maintenance cost. The partial aeration tank foam removing equipment mostly adopts a fixed mechanical slag scraping structure, the coverage range of the partial aeration tank foam removing equipment is limited, and the dynamic response to the change of a foam generating area is difficult. Rural sewage treatment sites are often distributed and dispersed, the operation and maintenance forces are weak, the failure rate can be aggravated due to insufficient adaptability of equipment to complex water quality fluctuation, and the linkage problems of equipment blockage, aeration head scaling and the like are caused due to incomplete scum removal, so that the system is stopped. If nutrient substances such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like enriched in the foam are directly crushed and refluxed, the processing load is increased, and the recycling recovery window is missed.
