Description

Composition for increasing grain weight of wheat, growth regulator, preparation method and application Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of wheat planting, in particular to a composition for improving the grain weight of wheat, a growth regulator, a preparation method and application. Background Wheat is one of grain crops with the widest global planting area and the largest living population, supports the grain supply of more than 1/3 population worldwide, and is also the main ration crop in China. Along with population growth and increase of cultivated land resource constraint, it is not practical to simply depend on enlarging planting area to increase yield, but the yield per unit area of wheat is composed of three factors of spike number per unit area, spike number per spike and thousand grain weight, the spike number per unit area is nearly saturated, the spike number per spike is limited by variety characteristics and is difficult to break through greatly, and therefore yield increase is achieved by increasing thousand grain weight, and the method becomes a key research direction of wheat high-yield cultivation. Thousand kernel weight is taken as a yield factor formed in the late growth stage of wheat, the size of the yield factor directly depends on the grain grouting rate and the dry matter accumulation amount, and the physiological state and stress resistance of the grouting period are core factors influencing the thousand kernel weight. In the prior art, the means for improving the grain weight of the wheat mainly comprise four types of genetic breeding, fertilizer and water management optimization, cultivation density regulation and plant growth regulator spraying, wherein the genetic breeding is used for screening excellent genotypes through hybridization or molecular breeding, the fertilizer and water management focusing nitrogen fertilizer application proportion and period coordination are optimized, the cultivation density regulation and control are used for improving the population illumination and nutrient distribution, gibberellin is adopted as the plant growth regulator, and the grain development is regulated and controlled through single cytokinin or seaweed extract and the like. However, the technology has the technical problems of long genetic breeding period, high cost, poor environmental adaptability, difficulty in short-term popularization, easiness in lodging and quality reduction caused by excessive fertilization in fertilizer and water management, large effect difference in different ecological areas, capability of reducing the spike number in unit area caused by improper cultivation density regulation and control, influence on the total yield, common problems of single component and undefined action mechanism of the plant growth regulator, easiness in influence of environmental conditions and variety difference in regulation and control effect, residual risk of partial chemical synthesis regulator, and possibility of damaging soil ecology and agricultural product safety after long-term use. Accordingly, there is a need to improve one or more problems in the related art as described above. It should be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancing understanding of the background of the present disclosure and thus may include information that does not constitute prior art known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
