Description
American ginseng polysaccharide fermentation product with myocardial ischemia resisting effect, and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of American ginseng extraction and application, and particularly relates to an American ginseng polysaccharide fermentation product with an anti-myocardial ischemia effect, a preparation method and application thereof. Background American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L.) is a perennial herb of Panax of Araliaceae. American ginseng was first found in the Atlantic coastal jungle in Montreal, and was named for the place of production, and was of the same species as ginseng. The medicinal and edible parts are dry roots and rhizomes, which are firstly carried in the 'additional herbal preparation', bitter and cold is cleared, sweet and cold is supplemented, heart, lung and kidney channels are cold-supplementing products, and the medicinal and edible parts are good for supplementing qi and nourishing yin, clearing fire and promoting the production of body fluid, and are mainly used for treating deficiency of both qi and yin. American ginseng has been formally incorporated into the catalogue of traditional Chinese medicinal materials as well as food in 2023 and Wei Jian attuned to line 9. Modern medicine proves that the chemical components of American ginseng mainly comprise saponins, polysaccharides, organic acids, sterols, flavonoids, polyacetylenes, volatile oil and other nutritional components, such as vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates, trace elements and the like, wherein the content of the ginsenoside and the polysaccharide is the highest, and the ginsenoside and the polysaccharide are the main active components of the American ginseng, so that the biological activity of the saponin is the highest. American ginseng can be used for treating cardiovascular diseases, enhancing immunity and inhibiting proliferation of cancer cells, and is once called "green gold". The total sugar content of American ginseng is about 68.84%, including polysaccharide, monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, etc., wherein the polysaccharide content is about 49.74%, which is one of the main active ingredients of American ginseng, and is divided into neutral polysaccharide and acidic polysaccharide according to the monosaccharide composition. Neutral polysaccharides mainly comprise glucose, galactose, arabinose, mannose, etc. The acidic polysaccharide is mainly composed of arabinose, glucose, galactose, galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid. The monosaccharide includes glucose, arabinose, rhamnose, fructose, sorbose, etc., and the oligosaccharide includes Ginseng radix trisaccharide, maltose, sucrose, etc. American ginseng has certain protection effect on cardiovascular system, and mainly has the effects of relieving myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, resisting arrhythmia, protecting vascular endothelial cells and the like. In the study of the model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by using the angiotensin II immunosuppressant, american ginseng is found to remarkably reduce left ventricular dysfunction, inhibit blood pressure rise, eliminate myocardial cell hypertrophy reaction, and regulate CD36, CPT1M, glut4 and PDK4 gene expression induced by the angiotensin II immunosuppressant, which is possibly related to normalization of fatty acid and glucose oxidation. However, research on American ginseng polysaccharide is still insufficient, and development of American ginseng polysaccharide is limited by the extremely large molecular weight of American ginseng polysaccharide. In view of this, the use of fermentation means to enhance the activity of American ginseng polysaccharide is a major problem to be solved. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an American ginseng polysaccharide fermentation product with an anti-myocardial ischemia effect. The second object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of American ginseng polysaccharide ferment with the function of resisting myocardial ischemia. The third object of the invention is to provide an application of American ginseng polysaccharide ferment with the function of resisting myocardial ischemia in preparing medicaments for resisting myocardial ischemia. A preparation method of radix Panacis Quinquefolii polysaccharide fermented product with myocardial ischemia resisting effect comprises the following steps: 1) Heating and reflux-extracting crushed radix Panacis Quinquefolii with purified water for three times each for 1-2 hr, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure at 55-70deg.C to density of 0.9-1.05g/mL at 55-70deg.C to obtain concentrated solution, and adding purified water for three times which is 7-9, 5-7, and 5-7 times of radix Panacis Quinquefolii in sequence; 2) Mixing the concentrated solution with MRS culture medium containing lactobacillus plantarum according to the volume ratio of 96-98:4-2,
