The preparation method of the poria cocos uniform polysaccharide is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) Drying and pulverizing Poria sclerotium into uniform powder, extracting with water and precipitating with ethanol to obtain Poria crude extract; (2) Removing protein and micromolecular impurities from the crude extract of poria cocos through a Sevag method and dialysis to obtain crude poria cocos polysaccharide; (3) Separating and purifying crude pachyman by adopting DEAE-52 cellulose column and SEPHACRYL S HR gel column to obtain pachyman.
- 2. The method for preparing pachyman according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the water extraction ratio is 1:8-12, the extraction temperature is 50-70 ℃, the extraction time is 1-2h, and the extraction times are 2-3 times.

The method for preparing pachyman according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), DEAE-52 cellulose column is used for separation and purification, specifically, after crude pachyman solution is loaded, ultrapure water, naCl solution of 0.3M, 0.6M, 0.9M and 1M are sequentially used as eluent for stepwise elution, the fractions eluted by ultrapure water and 0.3M NaCl solution are collected, and PCP-W and PCP-S polysaccharide are obtained after concentration and freeze drying, respectively.

The method for preparing pachyman according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), SEPHACRYL S HR gel column is used for separation and purification, specifically, PCP-W polysaccharide is loaded, ultrapure water is used as eluent for elution, concentration and dialysis are combined, and pachyman PCP-W1 is obtained after freeze drying.
