The invention belongs to the technical field of PBT resin processing, and particularly relates to a high-cleanness PBT resin, which comprises the following components of mixing 1,4 butanediol and PTA (pure terephthalic acid) in proportion as base materials, adding a catalyst, a chain extender, a plasticizer and PET (polyethylene terephthalate), wherein the 1,4 butanediol and PTA are 80-92%, the catalyst is 1-5%, the chain extender is 0.1-1.2%, the plasticizer is 2-3% and the PET is 1-2%, the mole ratio of the 1,4 butanediol and the PTA is 1-1.1:1.1-1.3, adding the catalyst for esterification reaction, processing the PBT adhesive in a final polycondensation kettle, adding the chain extender, the plasticizer and the PET, and granulating after cyclic drying to obtain a high-cleanness PBT product. According to the invention, 1,4 butanediol, 80-92% of PTA, 1-5% of catalyst, 0.1-1.2% of chain extender, 2-3% of plasticizer and 1-2% of PET are utilized, firstly, the catalyst is added for esterification reaction, then the PBT adhesive is processed in a final polycondensation kettle, then the chain extender, the plasticizer and the PET are added, and after cyclic drying, the mixture is pelletized, finally, a high-clean PBT product can be obtained, and the PBT product has the advantages of good slicing color value, low water content and low THF content.

Claims (10)

  1. 1. A high-clean PBT resin is characterized by comprising the following components by taking 1,4 butanediol and PTA as base materials and adding a catalyst, a chain extender, a plasticizer and PET.
  2. 2. The high-cleaning PBT resin according to claim 1, wherein the 1, 4-butanediol and PTA are 80-92%, the catalyst is 1-5%, the chain extender is 0.1-1.2%, the plasticizer is 2-3% and the PET is 1-2% by weight.
  3. 3. The high purity PBT resin of claim 1, wherein the 1,4 butanediol and PTA molar ratio ranges from 1 to 1.1:1.1 to 1.3.

The high-clean PBT resin and the blending reaction kettle thereof according to claim 1, wherein a catalyst is added for esterification reaction, then a PBT binder is processed in a final polycondensation kettle, and then a chain extender, a plasticizer and PET are added, and after cyclic drying, the mixture is pelletized to obtain the high-clean PBT product.
  5. 5. The high-clean PBT resin and the blending reactor thereof according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is a titanium catalyst.

The high-clean PBT resin and the blending reaction kettle thereof according to claim 1, wherein the chain extender is one or a combination of more of 1, 6-hexanediol, trimethylolpropane, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, m-xylylene diisocyanate, isophthalone diisocyanate and diethylaminoethanol.
  7. 7. The high-cleaning PBT resin and the blending reactor thereof according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is glass fiber with a particle size of 2-20 microns.

The blending reaction kettle based on the high-clean PBT resin is characterized by comprising a kettle body assembly (100) and a cleaning assembly (200), wherein the kettle body assembly (100) comprises a reaction kettle body (110), a stirrer (120) arranged at the top of the reaction kettle body (110), a stirring shaft (130) fixed at the driving end of the stirrer (120) and a feeding channel (140) arranged at the side of the stirrer (120); the cleaning assembly (200) comprises a driving mechanism and a cleaning mechanism which are arranged on the reaction kettle body (110).

The high-clean PBT resin blending reactor according to claim 8, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a fixed box (210) installed at the top of the stirring shaft (130), a lifting rod (220) installed in the fixed box (210), a collar (230) fixed at the end of the lifting rod (220) and sleeved outside the stirring shaft (130), a connecting rod (240) connected outside the collar (230), and a cleaning ring (250) fixed outside the connecting rod (240).

High-cleanness PBT resin and blending reaction kettle thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of PBT resin processing, in particular to a high-clean PBT resin and a blending reaction kettle thereof. Background There are many materials that we touch in life, among them there is a kind of plastic called PBT resin, this plastic is different from common PE\PP\PVC, etc. general purpose plastics, it belongs to a kind of polyester material, and PET plastic belongs to the same class, PET plastic is the plastic we often discuss, but PBT plastic we rarely discuss. The PBT resin is mainly prepared from butylene terephthalate, has the characteristics of high mechanical property, good molding and processing, aging resistance, fatigue resistance and the like, and is widely applied to various industries such as automobiles, electrical appliance housings, medical treatment, machinery, building materials and the like. The existing PBT production device commonly uses titanium catalysts, the catalyst addition amount is large, the scale formation of a reaction kettle is serious, the device operation period is short, the slice color value is poor, the carboxyl end group is high, the water content is high, and the THF content is high, so that the cleanliness of a finished product is poor. And during production, a blending reaction kettle is required to be used for mixing and stirring various materials when the various materials are mixed, and most of the blending reaction kettles are easy to cause wall sticking phenomena under various environments during operation, such as pressure abnormality, temperature abnormality, raw material factors, reaction time and other factors, and the subsequent treatment operation after wall sticking is complicated, so that the high-cleanness PBT resin and the blending reaction kettle thereof are provided. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to solve one of the technical problems existing in the prior art or related technologies. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a high-clean PBT resin is prepared from 1,4 butanediol and PTA through proportionally mixing, and adding catalyst, chain extender, plasticizer and PET. The invention can be further configured in a preferred example by weight parts of 80-92% of 1,4 butanediol and PTA, 1-5% of catalyst, 0.1-1.2% of chain extender, 2-3% of plasticizer and 1-2% of PET. The present invention may be further configured in a preferred embodiment such that the 1,4 butanediol and PTA molar ratio ranges from 1 to 1.1:1.1 to 1.3. In a preferred example, the invention can be further configured to add a catalyst for esterification reaction, process PBT adhesive material in a final polycondensation kettle, add a chain extender, a plasticizer and PET, and granulate after cyclic drying to obtain a high-clean PBT product. The present invention may be further configured in a preferred example such that the catalyst is a titanium-based catalyst. In a preferred embodiment, the chain extender is one or more of 1, 6-hexanediol, trimethylolpropane, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, m-xylylene diisocyanate, isophthalone diisocyanate and diethylaminoethanol. The present invention may be further configured in a preferred embodiment in which the plasticizer is glass fiber having a particle size of between 2 and 20 microns. The blending reaction kettle based on the high-clean PBT resin can be further configured in a preferred example, and comprises a kettle body assembly and a cleaning assembly, wherein the kettle body assembly comprises a reaction kettle body, a stirrer arranged at the top of the reaction kettle body, a stirring shaft fixed at the driving end of the stirrer and a feeding channel arranged at the side of the stirrer, and the cleaning assembly comprises a driving mechanism and a cleaning mechanism which are arranged on the reaction kettle body. The invention can be further configured in a preferred example that the driving mechanism comprises a fixed box arranged at the top of the stirring shaft, a lifting rod arranged in the fixed box, a lantern ring fixed at the end part of the lifting rod and sleeved outside the stirring shaft, a connecting rod connected to the outer side of the lantern ring and a cleaning ring fixed at the outer side of the connecting rod.
