A method for preparing a carboxylic acid polymer supermolecular emulsifier, comprising the steps of: (1) Dispersing a carboxylic acid polymer and fatty acid sodium in a solvent to obtain a dispersion liquid; (2) Adding fatty acid and alcohol into the dispersion liquid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a suspension liquid; (3) Drying the suspension to obtain carboxylic acid polymer supermolecular emulsifier powder; wherein the mass ratio of the carboxylic acid polymer to the fatty acid sodium to the fatty acid to the alcohol to the solvent is 1-30:8-25:0-10:35-91:450.

The method of claim 1, wherein the carboxylic acid polymer in step (1) is one or two of carbomers and sodium polyglutamate, the carbomers are one or more of carbomers 980 and carbomers U20, and the sodium fatty acid is one or more of sodium stearate, sodium linoleate, sodium palmitoleate, sodium myristate, sodium oleate, sodium cocoate, sodium laurate, sodium palmitate and sodium isostearate.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the fatty acid in the step (2) is one or more of linolenic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, myristic acid, tall oil acid, oleic acid, hydrogenated coco acid, caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isostearic acid, butyl octanoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and caproic acid, and the alcohol is one or more of butyl octanol, decanol, decyl tetradecanol, arachidyl alcohol, hexyl decanol, cetyl alcohol, cetylstearyl alcohol, dimethicone alcohol, myristyl alcohol, octyl dodecanol, lanosterol, lanolin alcohol, oleyl alcohol, isocetyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, and palmitoleic alcohol.
- 4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the dispersion in the step (1) is carried out at 25-40 ℃ and 50-200rpm for 3-12 hours, and the uniform mixing in the step (2) is carried out at 55-105 ℃ and 350-600rpm for 5-16 hours.
- 5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the drying in step (3) is spray drying at a temperature of 160 to 200 ℃, a pressure of 0.2 to 0.5MPa, and a time of 4 to 10 hours.
- 6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the solvent in the step (1) is water or an aqueous ethanol solution having a mass fraction of 40-60%.
