The guanine PVC heat stabilizer is characterized in that the heat stabilizer is a compound of a main stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer or is only the main stabilizer, the main stabilizer is guanine or guanosine, and the auxiliary stabilizer is at least one of a calcium salt stabilizer, a zinc salt stabilizer and a polyol stabilizer.
- 2. The guanine-based PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein when the heat stabilizer is a compound of a main stabilizer and a zinc salt-based stabilizer, the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc salt-based stabilizer is >1.
- 3. The guanine-based PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc salt-based stabilizer is (1.5-4): 1.
- 4. The guanine-based PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein the calcium salt-based stabilizer is calcium stearate, the zinc salt-based stabilizer is zinc stearate, and the polyol-based stabilizer is galactitol or mannitol.
- 5. The guanine PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein the heat stabilizer is a compound of a main stabilizer and zinc stearate and galactitol, and the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc stearate and the galactitol is (1-3): 1 (0.5-2).
- 6. The guanine PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein the heat stabilizer is a compound of a main stabilizer, zinc stearate and mannitol, and the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc stearate and mannitol is (0.5-3) 1 (0.5-3).
- 7. Use of a guanine-based PVC heat stabilizer according to any one of claims 1-6, for the preparation of PVC composites.
- 8. The use of a guanine based PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 7, wherein said heat stabilizer is used for the preparation of PVC/rice hull composite.
- 9. The use of a guanine type PVC heat stabilizer according to claim 8, wherein the PVC resin, the plasticizer, the heat stabilizer, the silane coupling agent modified rice hull fiber are uniformly mixed and then molded to obtain the PVC/rice hull composite material.

Guanine PVC heat stabilizer and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of heat stabilizers, in particular to a guanine PVC heat stabilizer and application thereof. Background PVC, polyvinyl chloride, is a synthetic resin with excellent comprehensive properties, and is polymerized by vinyl chloride monomer under specific conditions according to the mechanism of free radical polymerization. PVC has poor light and heat stability, and can generate decomposition reaction when the temperature reaches more than 120 ℃ or the PVC is exposed to sunlight for a long time. Chlorine atoms on the macromolecular chain segments combine with ortho-position hydrogen atoms to generate hydrogen chloride (HCl) and generate carbon-carbon double bonds, and the released HCl catalyzes the decomposition of PVC, resulting in vicious circle. Along with the continuous release of chlorine atoms, conjugated double bonds are continuously generated, the color of the PVC material is gradually deepened, and the mechanical property is also rapidly reduced. In the production and processing process, the PVC is usually required to be raised to a higher temperature, so that an appropriate amount of heat stabilizer is required to be added in the practical application to improve the processability and the practicability of the PVC. With the development of technology, the PVC heat stabilization technology is continuously developed, and heat stabilizers which have influence on the environment in the past gradually exit from the stage, so that the organic nitrogen heat stabilizers are rapidly developed in recent years due to the outstanding environment protection characteristics. The current research on organic nitrogen heat stabilizers mainly focuses on thiourea heat stabilizers and pyrimidine heat stabilizers, and the application research on guanine and derivatives thereof in PVC heat stabilizers is still in a blank state. Therefore, the development of a novel heat stabilizer which is efficient, has good cooperativity with zinc salts and can be suitable for PVC composite materials becomes an urgent need of industry. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a guanine PVC heat stabilizer and application thereof. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: A guanine PVC heat stabilizer is a compound of a main stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer or is only the main stabilizer, wherein the main stabilizer is guanine or guanosine, and the auxiliary stabilizer is at least one of a calcium salt stabilizer, a zinc salt stabilizer and a polyalcohol stabilizer. The invention is further arranged that when the heat stabilizer is a compound of the main stabilizer and the zinc salt stabilizer, the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc salt stabilizer is more than 1. The invention further provides that the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc salt stabilizer is (1.5-4): 1. The invention further provides that the calcium salt stabilizer is calcium stearate, the zinc salt stabilizer is zinc stearate, and the polyalcohol stabilizer is galactitol or mannitol. The invention further provides a compound of the main stabilizer, zinc stearate and galactitol, wherein the mass ratio of the main stabilizer to the zinc stearate to the galactitol is (1-3): 1 (0.5-2).
