Abstract

According to the invention, cinnamon essential oil is embedded in a cobalt-based metal organic framework to form composite nano particles with antibacterial and ammonia-sensitive functions, then the composite nano particles are mixed with potato starch, and a solution casting method is used for forming a film, so that an intelligent active packaging film is obtained. The preparation method of the intelligent active packaging film reduces the water solubility of the potato starch packaging film, and the prepared intelligent active packaging film has good antibacterial, antioxidant, mechanical and barrier properties, good sensitivity to ammonia, can monitor the freshness of meat quality in real time only through the color change of the packaging film, can realize the fresh-keeping and freshness visual monitoring of foods such as fish meat, and has good application prospects in the field of intelligent active packaging.
