The waterproof roll material comprises, by weight, 30-40 parts of thermoplastic resin, 20-30 parts of POE elastomer, 25-35 parts of flame retardant, 5-10 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant and 5-10 parts of anti-dripping auxiliary agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding thermoplastic resin, POE elastomer, filler, lubricant, antioxidant and organosilicon anti-dripping auxiliary agent into a high-speed kneader for mixing, and then feeding into a double-screw extruder for granulating to obtain the TPO waterproof roll material with high flame retardance and anti-dripping. The waterproof roll material is safe to store, can be thermally welded, is easy to process, and is environment-friendly and recyclable.

- 1. A high-flame-retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of thermoplastic resin; 20-30 parts of POE elastomer; 25-35 parts of flame retardant; 5-10 parts of filler; 1-5 parts of a lubricant; 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant; 5-10 parts of anti-dripping auxiliary agent.

The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic resin comprises 50-75% of polypropylene and 25-50% of polyethylene, the melt indexes of the polypropylene and the polyethylene are 1.0-10.0 g/10min, and the polypropylene is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene.

The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the POE elastomer is an ethylene homo-polyolefin elastomer prepared by solution polymerization of a metallocene catalyst and has a hyperbranched three-dimensional network structure, 20 ethyl short branched chains and 14-16 long branched points are corresponding to each 1000 main chain carbon atoms on average, the branching factor g is 0.65+/-0.03, the tensile strength is 15-22MPa, the tearing strength is 60-70 kN/m, and the melt strength is 2.5-4.0cN.
- 4. The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is one or a combination of more of magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, zinc oxide, decabromodiphenyl alkane and antimony trioxide.
- 5. The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the filler is any one of talcum powder, titanium dioxide, superfine calcium carbonate and kaolin.
- 6. The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the lubricant is one or a combination of more of silicone, silicone oil, erucamide, stearate, PE wax and paraffin wax.
- 7. The high flame retardant anti-drip exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or more of antioxidant 1098, antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 3450, antioxidant 2246, antioxidant 225, antioxidant 405 and antioxidant 445.
- 8. The high flame retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material of claim 1, wherein the anti-dripping auxiliary agent is one or a combination of more of ammonium polyphosphate, organic silicon resin and spherical silicon dioxide.

A preparation method of a high-flame-retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: Step one, preparing an intermediate: Mixing thermoplastic resin, POE elastomer, a first part of flame retardant, filler, lubricant and antioxidant according to parts by weight, putting the mixture into an internal mixer, wherein the internal mixing temperature is 170-195 ℃ and the internal mixing time is 25-35 min, and granulating the mixture by a single screw extruder with the same set temperature as the internal mixing temperature to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer intermediate; Preparing a high-flame-retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material: Mixing the thermoplastic elastomer intermediate obtained in the step one with a second part of flame retardant and anti-dripping auxiliary agent which are prepared according to parts by weight, extruding and granulating on a double-screw extruder by adopting a dynamic vulcanization process, wherein the vulcanization temperature is 170-200 ℃ and the rotating speed is 200-350 r/min, so as to obtain the high-flame-retardant anti-dripping exposed TPO waterproof roll material; the mass ratio of the first part of flame retardant to the second part of flame retardant is 2:1.
