Claims (10)

  1. 1. The preparation method of the PBS/PBAT composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps: according to the parts by mass, 60-90 parts of PBS, 10-40 parts of PBAT and 0.1-0.4 part of cross-linking agent are mixed in a mixer, melt blending is carried out by using a balanced three-screw dynamic extruder under the vibration condition, extrusion molding is carried out, and then the PBS/PBAT composite material is obtained through cooling, air drying, granulating and drying.
  2. 2. The method for preparing a PBS/PBAT composite according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-bis (t-butylperoxy) hexane.

PBS/PBAT composite material and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a PBS/PBAT composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background Polybutylene succinate (PBS) is an aliphatic polyester biodegradable material with excellent performance, has higher crystallinity and heat distortion temperature, has complete biodegradability and excellent mechanical strength, and has wide application prospect in the field of environment-friendly materials. However, pure PBS has the disadvantages of low melt strength, poor impact properties, etc., limiting its application in a wider range of fields. As a flexible biodegradable material, the polybutylene adipate-butylene terephthalate copolymer (PBAT) has excellent toughness, film forming property and processing fluidity, and the aliphatic section in the molecular chain of the polybutylene adipate-butylene terephthalate copolymer (PBAT) endows good biodegradability, and the aromatic section ensures certain mechanical stability. The PBAT and the PBS are blended, the toughness of the PBS can be improved by utilizing the characteristic of complementation of the properties of the PBAT and the PBS, but the compatibility of two phases of interfaces is poor due to the difference of molecular structures of the PBS and the PBAT, and phase separation easily occurs after blending, so that the mechanical property of the composite material is improved to a limited extent, and the comprehensive requirements of practical application on strength and toughness are difficult to achieve. In order to solve the core problems of large interfacial tension, poor compatibility and easy phase separation of two phases of a PBS/PBAT blending system, the prior art is modified mainly by adding an auxiliary agent such as a compatilizer or a chain extender. However, these methods have the disadvantages of complicated process, high cost or limited compatibility improvement effect, etc., which results in limited improvement range of mechanical properties of the modified material.
