- 1. The concrete protective coating is characterized by comprising, by weight, 70-90 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 10-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder, 0.1-0.2 part of thixotropic lubricant, 0.2-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of suspending agent and 0.1-0.3 part of emulsion defoaming agent, wherein the mass ratio of the emulsion to the powder is 1:0.8-2.2, and the powder comprises, by weight, 45-55 parts of cement, 40-54 parts of heavy calcium powder or quartz powder, 0-20 parts of titanium pigment, 0-10 parts of ferric oxide toner, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 0.02-0.1 part of dust suppressant and 0.1-0.5 part of calcium stearate.
- 2. A concrete protective coating according to claim 1, wherein the thixotropic lubricant is a starch ether thixotropic lubricant or a TH4601 thixotropic lubricant.
- 3. The concrete protective coating of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is an anionic coating dispersant.
- 4. A concrete protective coating according to claim 1, wherein the suspending agent is a magnesium aluminum silicate suspending agent.
- 5. The concrete protective coating of claim 1, wherein the emulsion defoamer is a silicone defoamer.
- 6. A concrete protective coating according to claim 1, wherein the cement is PO42.5 cement.

A method for preparing a protective coating for concrete according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: S1 preparation of emulsion S1-1, uniformly mixing and stirring polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder, a thixotropic lubricant, a dispersing agent, a suspending agent and an emulsion defoaming agent to prepare powder A; S1-2, adding the powder A and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion into a first reaction kettle, and stirring for 15-25min to obtain a first emulsion; S1-3, conveying the first emulsion into a second reaction kettle, stirring for 15-25min, and standing for 1-1.2h to obtain emulsion; s2 preparing powder S2-1, starting a stirrer, wherein the rotating speed of the stirrer is 60-100r/min; s2-2, adding cement into the stirrer; s2-3, adding titanium dioxide, ferric oxide toner, talcum powder, dust suppressant and calcium stearate into the stirrer; S2-4, adding heavy calcium powder or quartz powder into the stirrer, and stirring for 20-25min to obtain powder.

A method of using a concrete protective coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: s1, adding emulsion into a stirrer, and starting the stirrer; s2, adding powder into the stirrer; s3, stirring for 2-5min at a rotating speed of 200r/min, and then stirring for 5-10min at a rotating speed of 200-1000 r/min to obtain the protective coating; and S4, uniformly smearing the protective coating on the concrete part to be protected.
