The high-temperature-resistant single-component anti-corrosion primer for the petroleum pipeline is characterized by comprising, by weight, 30-40 parts of glycidol amine type epoxy resin, 1-10 parts of glycidol ester type epoxy resin, 5-15 parts of latent curing agent, 1-3 parts of anti-settling agent, 5-10 parts of functional filler and 5-15 parts of organic solvent.

The high temperature resistant single component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the glycidylamine type epoxy resin comprises at least one of 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl methane epoxy resin with a functionality of 3.0-4.0, para-aminophenol epoxy resin with a functionality of 3.0 and m-phenylenediamine epoxy resin.
- 3. The high temperature resistant single component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the glycidyl ester type epoxy resin comprises at least one of diglycidyl phthalate, diglycidyl isophthalate.
- 4. The high temperature resistant one component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein said latent curing agent comprises at least one of 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl sulfone, diaminodiphenyl methane, boron trifluoride ammonium complex.
- 5. The high temperature resistant single component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent comprises at least one of organobentonite, nano silica, polyamide wax.
- 6. The high temperature resistant single component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the functional filler comprises at least one of nano barium sulfate, carbon fiber powder, potassium titanate whiskers.
- 7. The high temperature resistant single component corrosion resistant primer for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent comprises at least one of aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, alcohol solvents, ketone solvents.

Background With the development of drilling technology, the number of ultra-deep oil wells is continuously increased, the underground environment is extremely severe, and the double challenges of high temperature, high pressure and various corrosive mediums are faced.
