The environment-friendly residue-free aluminum product processing oil composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 60-100 parts of polyethylene glycol ether, 2-17 parts of synthetic ester, 0.5-2.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 part of metal corrosion inhibitor and 0.1-3 parts of tackifier; The synthetic ester comprises a star-shaped composite ester, and the raw materials of the star-shaped composite ester comprise pentaerythritol, oleic acid, phenylphosphonic acid and boric acid.

- 6. An environmentally friendly residue free aluminum processing oil composition according to claim 1 wherein said antioxidants comprise amine and phenolic antioxidants.
- 7. The environmentally friendly residue-free aluminum processing oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the metal corrosion inhibitor is one or a combination of a plurality of benzotriazole and derivatives thereof.
- 8. The environmentally friendly residue free aluminum processing oil composition of claim 1 wherein the tackifier is one or a combination of more of polymethacrylate, ethylene propylene rubber, and low molecular weight polyisobutylene.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly residue-free aluminum processing oil composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: weighing raw materials according to a raw material formula, mixing base oil and tackifier, heating, stirring and raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring at constant temperature to obtain a primary mixture, adding antioxidant, metal corrosion inhibitor and synthetic ester into the primary mixture, mixing, stirring and circularly filtering to obtain the anti-oxidant, metal corrosion inhibitor and synthetic ester.
