Description

Lignocellulose degrading multi-ribbon trametes strain and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of microorganisms, in particular to a strain of trametes with lignocellulose degradation and application thereof. Background With the background that the animal husbandry is rapidly developed and high-quality feed is in shortage in the animal husbandry, stem and leaf parts or straws (especially straws) of gramineous plants can be used as unconventional feed to meet the requirements of livestock and poultry on coarse feed supply, however, the lignocellulose has a stable structure, is unfavorable for nutrient absorption and digestion of livestock and poultry, and is a problem to be solved in order to further improve the nutritional value of the coarse feed, how to efficiently degrade the lignocellulose in the stem and leaf parts or the straws of the gramineous plants. In the field of animal feed production, if the high-efficiency high-quality lignin degrading fungi can be screened out to be used as a novel green feed additive for development and utilization, the fungi capable of degrading lignocellulose can be applied to the animal feed treatment process, so that the feed utilization rate of agricultural wastes can be effectively improved, and a large sustainable solution can be provided for relieving the problem of feed resource shortage. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the following technical scheme through researches: the first aspect of the invention provides a strain of multi-trametes (Trametes polyzona) for degrading lignocellulose, which is named BY-TP7 and is preserved in China general microbiological culture Collection center (CGMCC) No.41595. The trametes versicolor (Trametes polyzona) is a widely distributed wood rot fungus belonging to the basidiomycetes, the layer fungus class, the non-pleated fungus order, the Polyporaceae. Such fungi are known for their unique appearance and strong lignin-degrading ability. The caps of trametes are usually colored in a variety of colors, such as yellow, red or purplish brown, with the surface covered with floss and the stipe shorter and stronger. In the biotechnology field, the laccase produced by the trametes versicolor has been of great interest. Laccase is a multi-copper oxidase enzyme capable of catalyzing a wide range of substrates including dimer, oligomer, polymer formation and degradation, and oxidation of aromatic compounds. The enzyme has great application potential in the aspects of industrial wastewater treatment, textile dye decolorization, natural product synthesis and the like. Laccase produced by trametes is considered to be of great value in biotechnology applications due to its broad substrate spectrum and diverse reaction types. The trametes also has the ability to degrade biomass, and is able to break down complex organic matter such as lignin and cellulose into simpler compounds, which makes it important in the production of biomass energy and biological materials. In addition, trametes multiflora also has potential in the field of environmental remediation, for example in the removal of contaminants from soil and water. In agriculture and animal husbandry, byproducts of trametes with fermentation can be used as organic fertilizer, so that the fertility and structure of soil are improved, and the plant growth is promoted. Meanwhile, the fermentation process of the trametes versicolor can also produce beneficial metabolites such as antibiotics and plant growth hormone, and the substances can enhance the disease resistance and growth speed of plants. The trametes with the invention is inoculated into stem and leaf parts of gramineous plants or straws for fermentation application, lignin is efficiently decomposed by secreting lignin degrading enzyme systems (such as laccase, manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase), and the enzymes break the aromatic ring structure of lignin through oxidation-reduction reaction, so that the packages of cellulose and hemicellulose are relieved, and polysaccharide components which can be further utilized are released. The trametes with multiple bands provides a new biodegradation strategy for the resource utilization of stem and leaf parts or straws of gramineous plants, has the values of environmental protection (reduction of incineration pollution) and economy (reduction of feed/energy production cost), and helps the construction of an agricultural waste recycling economy system. In some embodiments, the trametes multitasking strain has an ITS sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 1. In a second aspect the invention provides a microbial agent or additive comprising a strain of trametes described above or a culture of said strain of trametes. In the invention, the microbial inoculum can be prepared into a microbial inoculum state, and can be prepared into a microbial inoculum state when in use. In some embodiments, the mi
