Description

Biocontrol strain BY10 for preventing and treating oat leaf spot disease and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of functional microorganism screening and application, and particularly relates to a biocontrol strain BY10 for preventing and treating oat leaf spot and application thereof. Background Oat (AVENA SATIVA) is a main grain and feed crop in China, and the cultivation area of the feed oat is increased year by year along with the great promotion of policies such as grass husbandry, grain feed change and the like in China. Disease is a major limiting factor in oat production, with leaf spot being one of the major diseases affecting forage oats. The pathogenic bacteria causing leaf spot disease of oat is the vermicularia umbilicifolia (DRECHSLERA AVENAE) in oat, which is particularly serious in low temperature and humidity conditions in the planting area of winter idle fields in southwest. Oat leaf spot disease (Oat leaf spot) is a fungal disease which is easy to occur in a spring humid environment, brown or purple necrotic spots appear on leaves during the occurrence of the disease, and premature senility, reduced photosynthetic capacity and shrunken grains can be caused when the disease is serious. The disease presents a high-onset situation in the major oat producing area of the global temperate zone. Pathogenic bacteria of the oat leaf spot disease are mainly inner navel and child spore bacteria (DRECHSLERA AVENAE), the pathogenic bacteria are transmitted through conidium, and the pathogenic bacteria show strong infectivity at high temperature and high humidity, and seriously influence the oat yield. At present, the prevention and control of oat leaf spot disease is mainly based on chemical bactericides and breeding of disease-resistant varieties. However, long-term use of chemical pesticides has led to increased resistance to pathogenic bacteria and risk of environmental pollution and pesticide residues, while disease resistant varieties have long cultivation periods, high costs, and possible loss of resistance due to genetic variation of pathogenic bacteria. Biological control is becoming a research hotspot in the field of plant disease prevention and control due to the advantages of environmental friendliness, targeting and sustainability. In recent years, research shows that a large number of natural functional strains with biocontrol potential exist in plant phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial communities, and the biocontrol strains adapting to original host plants can be quickly searched through development of in-situ microbial resources, so that pathogenic bacteria can be effectively prevented and controlled, and meanwhile, the growth of the plants can not be influenced. Therefore, there is a need to screen out a high-efficiency biocontrol strain which can adapt to original host plants, so as to overcome the drug resistance problem and the environmental pollution risk caused by chemical control, solve the limitations of long cultivation period, high cost, easy loss of resistance and the like of disease-resistant varieties, and provide effective guarantee for safe production of oat. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a biocontrol strain BY10 for preventing and treating oat leaf spot disease and application thereof, and the strain has remarkable antagonism on the oat inner navel vermicularia (DRECHSLERA AVENAE) and can be used for biological prevention and treatment of oat leaf spot disease. In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the invention provides bacillus beleiensis (Bacillus velezensis), which is a strain BY10 and is preserved in China general microbiological culture Collection center (CGMCC) with the preservation number of CGMCC No.36208 in the period of 2025 and 10 months and 9 days. Further, the strain BY10 has antagonism to the umbilical vermicularia (DRECHSLERA AVENAE) in oat and has the capabilities of producing protease, producing cellulase and forming biological film. Further, the strain BY10 is isolated from the leaf of Avena sativa Linne. The invention also provides application of the bacillus belicus in preventing and treating plant diseases, wherein the plant diseases are oat leaf spot. Further, the application comprises preparing bacillus beijerinus BY10 into a bacterial suspension and inoculating the bacterial suspension on the leaf surface of the oat plant in advance. Further, the pathogenic bacteria of the oat leaf spot disease is the vermicularia umbilicifolia (DRECHSLERA AVENAE) in oat. The invention also provides a microbial agent, and the active ingredient of the microbial agent is bacillus bailii according to claim 1. The invention has the beneficial effects that: The bacillus belicus BY10 obtained BY screening is obtained BY separating from the leaf of oat, has natural adaptability to original host plants, can effectively inhibit the growth
