Description

Phosphate-solubilizing bacterium and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to a phosphate solubilizing bacterium and application thereof. Technical Field Phosphorus is taken as a large amount of nutrient elements which are indispensable to plant growth and development, and participates in key physiological processes such as photosynthesis, energy metabolism, nucleic acid synthesis and the like, thereby directly affecting crop yield and quality. The total content of phosphorus in the soil is rich, more than 95% of phosphorus in the soil exists in a indissolvable form, especially in weak alkaline soil distributed in a large area in northern China, phosphorus is fixed in a form of indissolvable inorganic phosphorus such as calcium phosphate, the available phosphorus which can be directly absorbed and utilized by plants is usually less than 5%, and phosphorus deficiency becomes a key factor for restricting the high yield and high quality of main grain crops such as wheat in the region. In order to relieve the limitation of phosphorus, chemical phosphorus fertilizer is widely applied, but when the utilization rate of the chemical fertilizer in seasons is less than 30%, excessive investment for a long time not only causes phosphorus resource waste, but also causes ecological problems of soil hardening, acidification, microorganism diversity reduction and the like, which is contrary to the sustainable development concept of agriculture. The phosphate-dissolving microorganism is used as a core functional group for activating the indissolvable phosphate in the soil, can convert the phosphate form by secreting organic acid, phosphatase and other metabolites, has multiple effects of promoting plant growth, improving the soil microenvironment and the like, and becomes an ideal resource for replacing or reducing the application of chemical phosphate fertilizer. At present, the reported phosphate solubilizing bacteria comprise more than 20 genera of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and the like, wherein the researches of bacillus, pseudomonas and the like are relatively wide, but most strains have the problems of poor environmental adaptability, low phosphate solubilizing efficiency and the like, and the phosphate solubilizing bacteria resources of the special group are not fully excavated. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a brand new phosphate solubilizing bacterium. The invention provides a phosphate-solubilizing bacterium, which is characterized in that the strain number of the phosphate-solubilizing bacterium is N4129-2AT, and the phosphate-solubilizing bacterium is preserved in the microorganism strain preservation center of Guangdong province AT 10 months and 16 days in 2025, wherein the preservation address is No. 59 building 5 of the 100 th university in Guangzhou City martyr, and the preservation number is GDMCC NO: 67112. Further, the invention provides application of the phosphate solubilizing bacteria in preparing a soil phosphate solubilizing modified microbial agent product. Further, the invention provides application of the phosphate solubilizing bacteria in preparing a product for promoting plant growth. Further, the invention provides application of the phosphate solubilizing bacteria in preparing a product for improving the effective phosphorus in soil. Furthermore, the invention also provides a bacterial preparation prepared by utilizing the phosphate solubilizing bacteria. Furthermore, the invention also provides a bacterial preparation containing the phosphate solubilizing bacteria. The bacterial preparation can also comprise various auxiliary agents commonly used in the field, such as one or more of surfactant, adhesive, stabilizer, antioxidant and pH regulator.
