Description
Use of Paralopecias Dirichardson and/or Paralopecias Jinshi in preparation of immunopotentiator of vaccine Technical Field The application belongs to the technical field of immunization, and particularly relates to application of parabacteroides dirachta and/or parabacteroides aureoides in preparing an immunopotentiator of a vaccine and the immunopotentiator of the vaccine. Background The intestinal bacteria are important components of human intestinal microorganisms, and have important regulation effects on metabolism, cognition and immunity of human bodies. The Paramycolatopsis (Parabacteroides) is a core member of the human intestinal microbiota, and the detection rate in the human intestinal sample database is more than 90%. Paralopecias dieldrin (Parabacteroides distasonis, P. Distasonis) and Paralopecias aurea (Parabacteroides goldsteinii, P. Goldsteinii) are two species under the genus Paralopecias, both gram negative. Researches show that the Chinese medicinal composition has a protective effect on diseases such as obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes and the like. The immune response is a series of biological activities such as activation, proliferation, differentiation and effector molecule generation of immune cells after the immune system of the organism recognizes antigen stimulation. The level of immune response following host vaccination directly affects the effectiveness of the immunization. The existing vaccine system still has the limitation of insufficient immunogenicity, in particular to the traditional vaccine platforms such as inactivated vaccines, and the immune response efficiency is low due to the factors such as insufficient presentation of antigen epitopes, limited immune activation intensity and the like. The problem is particularly prominent in the special groups such as the old population, the immunocompromised individuals and the like, is manifested by insufficient antibody titer, imperfect immunological memory formation, reduced protective effect and the like, and severely restricts the prevention effect and the application value of the vaccine. Therefore, the vaccine immune response is safely and efficiently promoted, and the research and development of the vaccine immunopotentiator can effectively protect fragile people and block disease development. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the application provides parabacteroides dirachta and/or parabacteroides aureoides, application thereof in preparing immunopotentiator of vaccine and immunopotentiator of vaccine.
