Description
Strain for repairing cadmium-lead-zinc composite pollution and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of bioremediation of heavy metal pollution, and relates to a strain for remedying cadmium-lead-zinc combined pollution and application thereof. Background Due to the rapid urban development and the widespread use of farm manure, sewage sludge and chemical fertilizers, excessive heavy metals can accumulate in the soil. These heavy metals can continue to enter the ecosystem by natural release and artificial activity and are extremely easy to enrich by the food chain due to their high fluidity and bioavailability. At present, the repairing method for heavy metal contaminated soil mainly comprises physical, chemical and biological repairing technologies. Compared with physical and chemical restoration means, biological restoration technology is receiving attention because of its relatively low cost and better environmental compatibility. Most of the super-enriched plants have the limitations of short plants, low biomass, slow growth, long repair period and the like, so that the repair efficiency can be improved by applying strengthening measures to the super-enriched plants, and the microorganism combined with the plant strengthening repair measures is a relatively effective bioremediation approach. In the face of the special and treatment problems of heavy metal pollution of soil in high geological background areas, the microorganism repairing technology shows irreplaceable huge potential. However, resistant microorganisms obtained by screening often have a single function or are only resistant to heavy metals but lack synergistic effects for promoting plant growth, and it is difficult to achieve soil restoration while improving land productivity. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a strain for repairing cadmium-lead-zinc composite pollution and application thereof, and the strain can be used for treating and repairing various heavy metal polluted water bodies or soil, has phosphate and potassium dissolving and growth promoting characteristics, and provides a very promising solution for green and heavy metal in-situ treatment. The technical scheme adopted for realizing the technical purpose is as follows: The invention provides a strain for repairing cadmium-lead-zinc composite pollution, which is named as Burkholderia spinosa (Burkholderia multivorans) ZJA3 and has the preservation number of GDMCC NO:67330. Preferably, the 16S rDNA sequence of the Burkholderia polysaccharea ZJA3 is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. Preferably, the maximum tolerance concentration of Burkholderia polycephala ZJA3 to heavy metal cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) is greater than 80 mg/L, 600 mg/L and 1200 mg/L, respectively. Preferably, the Burkholderia polycephala ZJA3 has the growth promoting property of removing cadmium, lead and zinc combined pollution and dissolving phosphorus and potassium. The invention also provides application of the strain in repairing cadmium-lead-zinc composite pollution. Preferably, the application comprises removing cadmium lead zinc in a contaminated water or soil and promoting growth by phosphate and potassium dissolution. More preferably, the use comprises increasing the plant height and biomass of plants inoculated with said burkholderia polytricha ZJA3 in a contaminated water body.
