Description

Application of SNP marker related to sheep high traits Technical Field The invention relates to the fields of molecular biology and genetic breeding, in particular to application of SNP markers related to sheep high traits. Background MCRS1 (Microspherule Protein.A.MSP 58/p78/INO80 complex subunit, etc.) is a protein coding gene, and the coding product is mainly distributed in the cell nucleus and nucleolus related region, belonging to the intracavitary regulatory factor with protein interaction and chromatin regulation as core characteristics. The existing evidence shows that MCRS1 has FHA related conserved domain characteristics, can mediate phosphorylation dependent protein recognition and complex assembly, and participates in key processes such as chromatin remodeling, transcription initiation/extension regulation, DNA damage response and the like by forming a stable interaction network with various chromatin regulation factors, thereby having important influence on gene expression profile, cell cycle promotion and genome steady state maintenance, and under different cell types and physiological/pathological states, the expression level and subcellular localization can also show dynamic change, so that the MCRS has a situation dependent regulation effect. In terms of functions and application, MCRS1 is considered to be related to various disease processes, especially tumors, namely, the MCRS1 can regulate and control a key gene network through a transcription layer so as to influence biological behaviors of tumor cells, and meanwhile, in recent years, research further reveals that MCRS1 can improve the immune clearance efficiency mediated by T cells by enhancing the MHC-I related antigen presenting capability of the tumor cells, is related to immune checkpoint treatment reactions such as alpha-PD-1 and the like, and has application values as an immune treatment sensitivity marker and a potential intervention target. In addition, animal model data show Mcrs that the deletion of 1 can lead to embryo implantation failure and early developmental disorders, suggesting an irreplaceable important role in early development and maintenance of cell fate. Sheep (Ovis Aries) is one of the most important domesticated animals worldwide, and its domestication history can be traced to the new stone age about one thousand years ago, and it was first in the crescent and volcanic land in western asia. The main purpose of the initial domestication of wild sheep is to obtain meat, fur and wool which are gradually valued later. During the long-term artificial feeding and selection process, humans consciously or unconsciously intervene in sheep's direction of evolution, where body conformation selection is an important aspect. In the early domestication stage, individuals which are relatively mild, moderate in size and easy to manage are more easily kept, and along with the development of animal husbandry, the requirements of different purposes further shape differences, such as meat varieties tend to be strong in physique and grow rapidly, while wool varieties keep a certain size, and simultaneously, the density and quality of wool are more emphasized. This gradual shift from natural selection to manual selection leads to a marked difference in sheep body shape, skeletal structure and physiological characteristics from their wild ancestors. With the intensive development and consumer upgrades of modern animal husbandry, the market demand for high-quality and fast-growing meat sheep has increased. The breakthrough of molecular Marker Assisted Selection (MAS) technology provides a new path for precise breeding, and the whole Genome Selection (GS) technology is successfully applied to the improvement of properties such as lactation performance, reproductive performance and the like, and the CRISPR/cas9 gene editing technology is more advanced in the research of disease resistance and muscle development. The current research emphasis comprises the development of sheep specific SNP chips and the construction of high-density genetic maps, so that the improvement period is shortened by marker-assisted breeding, and the meat production performance and economic benefit are improved.
