Abstract

The PIEZO1 gene marked on goat (Capra hircus) 18 chromosome has specific SNP marked site of A/C base mutation at 236bp of SEQ ID NO. 1 in the sequence table, and the CC genotype and the lambing number of AC genotype goat individuals are obviously higher than those of AA genotype individuals. According to the invention, macheng black goats are taken as research objects, DNA sequences of 33 rd exons of PIEZO1 genes are amplified by PCR, SNP variation sites exist in the sequences, the influence of the site polymorphism on the lambing number of the goats is analyzed, and accordingly, the seed reserving of Macheng black goats is carried out, so that the method can be used for improving the lambing number of Macheng black goats, accelerating the cultivation of new varieties (strains) taking Macheng black goats as breeding materials, and providing marking resources for marking auxiliary selection breeding of the lambing number characters of goats.
