  1. 1. A method for synchronously preparing potassium whisker and potassium fiber cotton is characterized by comprising the steps of preparing slurry from mixed raw materials containing potassium compounds and alkaline earth metal sulfate, carrying out crystal recombination and whisker growth under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions to obtain intermediate slurry, carrying out flash evaporation and pressure relief on the intermediate slurry, carrying out hot filtration, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain potassium whisker and separated liquid, standing the separated liquid to separate out inorganic matters, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and drying to obtain the potassium fiber cotton.

The method of claim 1, wherein the potassium-containing compound comprises at least one of potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium nitrate, a potassium-containing waste salt, and a potassium-containing solution; preferably, the potassium-containing waste salt and the potassium-containing solution are independently derived from an industrial process of at least one of lepidolite smelting, steel smelting, and garbage incineration washing dechlorination; preferably, the mass concentration of the potassium-containing solution is 5% -30%.

The method of claim 1, wherein the alkaline earth metal sulfate comprises at least one of barium sulfate, calcium sulfate dihydrate, calcium sulfate hemihydrate, and calcium sulfate anhydrite; preferably, the calcium sulfate is derived from at least one of natural minerals, phosphogypsum, fluorogypsum and desulfurized gypsum.
  4. 4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the crystal recombination and whisker growth are carried out at 150 ℃ to 300 ℃ and 1mpa to 3mpa for 5min to 180min.
