The flame-retardant PA56 fiber material is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 100 parts of bio-based PA56, 10-25 parts of cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant, 5-10 parts of PA56 flame-retardant synergist and 3-5 parts of compatibilizer, premixing bio-based PA56 and PA56 flame-retardant synergist master batches, adding the premix into a main feeding port of a double-screw extruder, adding the cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant and the compatibilizer from a side feeding port, and obtaining the bio-based flame-retardant PA56 fiber material through melt spinning. The bio-based flame-retardant PA56 fiber material can be used for preparing biomass-based flame-retardant functional nylon fabric. The invention adopts the cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant, has good compatibility with PA56, can endow nylon with good flame retardant property and thermal stability, can further improve the environmental protection of nylon, and the preparation raw materials of the flame retardant are all from cheap and easily obtained biomass materials, thus having good environmental protection.

Claims (8)

  1. 1. The bio-based flame-retardant PA56 fiber material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 100 parts of bio-based PA56, 10-25 parts of cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant, 5-10 parts of PA56 flame-retardant synergist and 3-5 parts of compatibilizer, wherein the PA56 flame-retardant synergist is a nitrogen flame retardant, and the cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant is a mixture of mannitol, glutamine and phytic acid compounded with the bio-based flame retardant and cellulose.
  2. 2. The bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material of claim 1, wherein 10-40 parts of bio-based flame retardant is added to 100 parts of cellulose in said cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant.
  3. 3. The bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material of claim 1, wherein said PA56 flame retardant synergist is melamine cyanurate.
  4. 4. The bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material of claim 1, wherein said compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene PP-g-MA.
  5. 5. The bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material of claim 1, wherein said cellulose comprises bacterial cellulose.

The bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material of claim 1, wherein said bio-based flame retardant is prepared by the following steps: Mixing phytic acid, mannitol and toluene, refluxing and stirring at 130 ℃ for 6 hours, cooling to below 100 ℃, removing toluene under reduced pressure, adding glutamine and deionized water, reacting for 4 hours at room temperature, removing water by rotary evaporation, and drying to obtain the bio-based flame retardant.

A method for preparing the bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of: premixing the bio-based PA56 and PA56 flame retardant synergist master batch, adding the premix into a main feeding port of a double-screw extruder, adding a cellulose-containing bio-based flame retardant and a compatibilizer from a side feeding port, and obtaining the bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material through melt spinning.
  8. 8. Use of the bio-based flame retardant PA56 fiber material according to any one of claims 1-6 for preparing a biomass-based flame retardant functional nylon fabric.
