Description
Drawing method and device for an air spinning machine with multiple feeders The present application is a divisional application of the application patent application with the application number 201711025414.X, the application number 2017, 10, 27, and the name of "a drawing method and apparatus for an air spinning machine with multiple feeders". Technical Field The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for drawing an air spinning machine (e.g., a jet air spinning machine) having a plurality of feeders. Background It is known to produce yarn from a single web by air jet spinning equipment. A particular field of development of the invention is yarns obtained from a plurality of fibrous webs, which yarns may be of different materials of different colours (mixtures) or of different qualities, or may even be of the same material. The multiple fed webs must be properly pulled and mixed to produce a yarn having the desired characteristics. Heretofore, there have been two possible processes for obtaining webs of different colors or materials. The first involves weighing raw materials, e.g., 50% cotton and 50% polyester, in the desired percentage ratio, and then introducing the web into a standard production cycle. The second involves preparing a plurality (typically 6 or 8) of webs and having the appropriate yarn count, and then repeatedly processing on a tractor frame until a uniform web is obtained. In both cases, the result is a mixed material web with well mixed different fibers for supplying e.g. a jet air spinning machine. However, the above conventional methods, while guaranteeing good quality of the yarn obtained, are expensive, since the combination of the various mixtures requires additional maintenance and handling. This known type of process is currently used for hybrid yarns and hybrid yarns (cotton/polyester, cotton/viscose etc.). Furthermore, the known solutions have the disadvantage that the mixed material needs to be processed into a single web in such a way that the guiding tube of such a mixed web in the drawing device is contaminated with fibers, for example a colored material embedded in the mixed web itself. This means that the transition from one hybrid wire to another requires that the guide tube be cleaned first to prevent contamination of the subsequent wire. Furthermore, the known solutions require modifying the calibration of the spinning machine according to the hybrid yarn to be treated, which means that it is necessary to change the machine settings from time to time according to the yarn count of the hybrid net to be drawn. Furthermore, the known solutions do not allow the use of carded fibers for spinning with a jet system, since the fiber length is too short and the low uniformity makes it impossible to process on current air-drawn systems, whereas by the proposed solutions, carded fibers (combed fiber) can be spun with a jet spinning system by mixing them with combed fibers (combed fiber) in the appropriate percentages. Disclosure of Invention Accordingly, a need has been recognized to address the shortcomings and limitations cited with reference to the known art. The drawing method and apparatus of an air spinning machine having a plurality of feeders according to the present invention satisfy such a need. The invention provides a drawing method for an air spinning machine with a plurality of feeders, comprising the steps of-preparing at least two textile webs to be fed by means of at least a respective first and second guide element upstream of an air spinning device, -drawing the textile webs separated from each other with a plurality of pairs of drawing rollers, each pair of drawing rollers comprising a driving roller and a guiding roller, said drawing rollers being adapted to perform a progressive drawing of each of the textile webs intercepted simultaneously by the drawing rollers, -feeding the drawn and separated textile webs to a spinning chamber of the air spinning device to obtain the desired hybrid yarn. The invention furthermore provides a drawing device for an air spinning machine with a plurality of feeders, comprising at least a first and a second guide element independent from each other so as to be able to feed at least two separate textile fibre webs simultaneously, an air spinning device adapted to spin said textile fibre webs, a drawing device placed between said first and second guide elements and said air spinning device, said drawing device comprising a plurality of pairs of drawing rollers, each pair of said drawing rollers comprising a driving roller and a guiding roller, said drawing rollers being adapted to perform a progressive drawing of each of said textile fibre webs simultaneously intercepted by said drawing rollers.
