- 1. The wear-resistant scratch-resistant outdoor fabric is characterized by comprising, by weight, 45-55 parts of a base fabric and a wear-resistant scratch-resistant coating adhered to the surface of the base fabric, wherein the wear-resistant scratch-resistant coating is mainly prepared from, by weight, 45-55 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 15-25 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 4-6 parts of an isocyanate curing agent, 9-11 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, 2-4 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a leveling agent, 1-3 parts of an ultraviolet absorber, 0.5-1.5 parts of an antioxidant and 25-35 parts of water, and the modified nano silicon dioxide is prepared by treating nano silicon dioxide with 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane, 2- (trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid and hydrogen phosphate di (methacryloxyethyl) ester.

The wear-resistant and scratch-resistant outdoor fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified nano-silica is prepared by the following method: t1, mixing water and nano silicon dioxide at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, adding 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, stirring for 2-4 hours, and filtering to obtain silane grafted nano silicon dioxide; T2, under the protection of inert gas and at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, mixing N, N-dimethylformamide and silane grafted nano silicon dioxide, adding 2- (trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid and hydrogen phosphate di (methacryloyloxyethyl) ester, mixing, adding an organic initiator, stirring for 3-5h, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the modified nano silicon dioxide.

The wear-resistant and scratch-resistant outdoor fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the nano silicon dioxide to the 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane to the 2- (trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid to the di (methacryloxyethyl) hydrogen phosphate to the organic initiator is 100 (5-15): 5-7): 3-5): 0.5-1.5.
- 4. The wear-resistant and scratch-resistant outdoor fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein the average particle size of the nano silicon dioxide is 10-50nm, and the specific surface area is 100-300m 2 /g.
