CN-121976410-A - Method and production system for processing large-diameter bamboo wood slicing waste into paper pulp
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo processing, and provides a method and a production system for processing large-diameter bamboo slicing wastes into paper pulp. The method comprises the steps of pulping by taking slicing waste generated during slicing of large-diameter bamboo as a raw material to obtain paper pulp, wherein the included angle between a plane formed by the relative motion track between a slicing knife edge and the bamboo or a curved plane and internode bamboo fibers is 0-1 degree during slicing. When the method and the production system provided by the invention are adopted to carry out slicing on the large-diameter bamboo, the sliced waste (such as bamboo shavings, bamboo core barrels and bamboo fragments) generated in the bamboo slicing process can be used as high-value raw materials for preparing the paper pulp with longer fiber length (the average fiber length reaches 2 mm) while the sliced product (bamboo strips or bamboo fragments) meeting the specification requirements is obtained, so that the defect of the fiber raw materials in the paper industry is effectively relieved, and meanwhile, the utilization rate and economic benefit of the large-diameter bamboo raw materials are also effectively improved.

Description
Method and production system for processing large-diameter bamboo wood slicing waste into paper pulp Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo processing, and relates to a method and a production system for processing large-diameter bamboo slicing wastes into paper pulp. Background The paper industry is an important basic industry of national economy, and has great effect on the substance civilization construction and the mental civilization construction of society. The paper industry is a raw material processing industry, and the consumption of raw materials is extremely large. The raw materials of the paper industry in China are mainly wood, however, wood resources in China are relatively short, and the requirements of the paper industry cannot be met. In order to develop the paper industry in China faster and better, researchers are actively developing non-wood papermaking fiber resources so as to relieve the shortage of the fiber raw materials in the paper industry in China. The bamboo resources in China are rich, the area of the bamboo forest reaches 752.7 ten thousand hm < 2 >, and more than 500 kinds of bamboo seeds are covered. Bamboo can be divided into large-diameter bamboo (bamboo diameter is usually more than 10 cm) and medium-small-diameter bamboo (bamboo diameter is usually between 1 cm and 10 cm) from the perspective of bamboo diameter, wherein the bamboo used for papermaking is mainly medium-small-diameter bamboo, such as Sagittaria sagittifolia, yellow bamboo and the like, and is mainly used for producing paper pulp by taking raw bamboo slices as raw materials, while the large-diameter bamboo, such as phyllostachys pubescens, dragon bamboo and the like, is mainly used for manufacturing household articles such as artware, plates and the like. In the processing process of the large-diameter bamboo, only about 1/3 of the weight of the bamboo is processed into a finished product, and about two thirds of the bamboo is cut into offcuts, so that the bamboo can only be used as fuel or machine-made carbon raw materials at present and becomes a byproduct with low yield. How to utilize the sliced waste generated in the processing process of the large-diameter bamboo as a high-value raw material is a realistic problem in front of the bamboo processing industry in China. The fiber length of the pulp is an important factor in the selection of raw materials for the paper industry. The research shows that the fiber length has close relation with the tensile strength, tearing strength, folding endurance and bursting strength of paper products, and the tensile strength is improved along with the increase of the fiber length, the dependence of the tearing strength on the fiber length is changed along with the combination condition of the fibers, when the combination degree is lower, the dependence is larger, the bursting strength and folding endurance are improved along with the increase of the fiber length and the paper sheet tightness, and the longer the fiber is, the better the combination is, and the more the combination is increased. Therefore, how to reduce damage to bamboo fibers in the process of processing bamboo into pulp to obtain pulp with longer fiber length is a key factor for improving pulp products and paper products. There is no report on the preparation of pulp with longer fiber length by using the slicing waste generated in the large-diameter bamboo slicing procedure. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method and a production system for processing large-diameter bamboo wood slicing waste into pulp. The invention provides a method for processing large-diameter bamboo wood slicing waste into paper pulp, which takes slicing waste generated during large-diameter bamboo wood slicing as raw material to carry out pulping treatment to obtain paper pulp, wherein the included angle between the plane formed by the relative motion track between a slicing knife edge and the bamboo wood or the cutting plane of a curved surface and internode bamboo fibers is 0-1 degree during slicing. The included angle between the plane formed by the track of the relative motion between the slicing knife edge and the bamboo wood or the cutting plane of the curved surface and the internode bamboo fibers can enable the slicing direction to be parallel or approximately parallel to the direction of the bamboo wood fibers, and the damage of slicing equipment to the bamboo wood fibers can be effectively reduced while the product (bamboo strips or bamboo chips) with required specifications is obtained, so that the fiber length of the prepared paper pulp can be effectively improved when the slicing waste is used as a raw material for pulping. In the invention, the relative motion between the slicing knife edge and the bamboo wood refers to the relative motion between the bamboo wood and the slicing knife at the sl
