Description

Multipurpose protection canal suitable for pumping and storing reservoir and operation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic building design construction and operation management, in particular to a multipurpose protection canal suitable for a pumping and accumulating reservoir and an operation method thereof. Background The upper and lower reservoirs of the pumped storage power station are usually built by surrounding natural gullies or topographic depressions in mountain areas, and the periphery of the reservoir bank is often complicated in topography and large in catchment area due to the mountain areas at the ground, and a plurality of natural gullies exist. In the operation period of the power station, the surface runoff of the peripheral mountain and the incoming water of the gully are important influencing factors of the water environment of the reservoir. At present, aiming at the drainage design around the reservoir bank of the pumped storage power station, a mode of directly discharging into a reservoir is generally adopted, or a mode of arranging a conventional intercepting ditch or a drainage ditch along the inner side or the outer side of a reservoir bank road is adopted, and the conventional single drainage mode has the following remarkable defects in actual operation: (1) Sediment accumulation and equipment wear problems. During mountain storm or flood, the incoming water of the gully often carries a large amount of sediment, stones, even branches and other sundries, if the muddy water with extremely high sediment content is directly collected into the reservoir, on one hand, sediment accumulation in the reservoir can be caused, the effective reservoir capacity adjustment of the reservoir can be reduced, on the other hand, high sediment-containing water flow enters the water delivery power generation system, serious abrasion and cavitation can be generated on the unit, the service life of the unit can be shortened, and the operation and maintenance cost can be increased. (2) Waste of water resources and loss of power generation benefits. To avoid the sediment problem, the existing designs tend to trap all the peripheral runoff through the intercepting ditch and discharge the runoff to the downstream river outside the warehouse. However, under the working condition of flood prevention or normal rainfall, most of the water coming from the gully is clear water with better water quality, and the water is drained away, so that not only is the waste of water resources caused, but also the precious water quantity which can be used for power generation is lost. (3) The difficult diversion during reservoir maintenance. When the reservoir is required to be emptied and overhauled, the reservoir bottom is required to be ensured to be in a dry working state, the existing drainage facilities are difficult to thoroughly cut off continuous water supply of the gully during overhauling, an external water source is caused to continuously flow into the reservoir, the difficulty and the cost of overhauling and drainage are increased, and the overhauling period is even influenced. (4) The geological disaster prevention capability is insufficient. Natural disasters such as debris flow are easy to occur in mountain areas, the traditional intercepting drainage ditch is single in section form and limited in function, and sand setting, blocking and early warning mechanisms are absent. Once the debris flow happens, the drainage ditch is easy to be blocked and overflowed, then burst storage paths are flushed, even a large amount of debris flow substances are directly flushed into the reservoir, and serious threat is formed to the safety of the power station. Therefore, the multipurpose protection canal suitable for the pumping and accumulating reservoir and the operation method thereof are developed, which not only can effectively intercept sediment and defend geological disasters, but also can flexibly switch the modes of water supplementing and accumulating and flood discharging according to the water quality condition, and can give consideration to the reservoir maintenance and diversion requirements, and are the technical problems to be solved in the engineering design and operation management of the current pumping and accumulating power station. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a multipurpose protection canal suitable for a pumping and accumulating reservoir aiming at the defects that the existing pumping and accumulating power station reservoir bank drainage facility has single function and cannot take water resource utilization and sediment protection into account, the protection canal can effectively intercept mountain torrents and silt and defend geological disasters, and can introduce clean incoming water into the reservoir so as to increase the power generation benefit, and meanwhile, reliable interception diversion conditions are provided for t
