Abstract
The invention discloses a car dumper room underground safety evacuation facility, which comprises an underground part and an overground closed greenhouse covered above the underground part, wherein an underground operation space corresponding to the car dumper is arranged in the underground part, a smoke prevention front room is arranged between the smoke prevention stairway and the underground operation space, the smoke prevention stairway and the smoke prevention front room are separated by a solid wall body with a fireproof door, the smoke prevention stairway is communicated with an outdoor safety area through a horizontal conversion channel, and an air supply system is arranged in the smoke prevention front room, the smoke prevention stairway and/or the horizontal conversion channel. The scheme physically isolates the evacuation path from a production area with high fire hazard, provides a smokeless safe evacuation environment for personnel, and solves the contradiction between the standard requirement of the underground evacuation channel on the first layer for direct outdoor and the process environment-friendly requirement of the ground large-area closure.

- 1. A car dumper room underground safety evacuation facility is characterized in that the car dumper room comprises an underground part (1) and an overground closed greenhouse (2) covered above the underground part (1), a car dumper (3) is arranged in the overground closed greenhouse (2), an underground operation space (4) corresponding to the car dumper (3) is arranged in the underground part (1), a smoke-proof stairway (5) is further arranged in the underground part (1), the smoke-proof stairway (5) is located on the outer side of the underground operation space (4), a smoke-proof front chamber (6) is arranged between the smoke-proof stairway (5) and the underground operation space (4), the smoke-proof stairway (5) is separated from the underground operation space (4) through a solid wall body with fireproof doors, the smoke-proof stairway (5) is communicated with an outdoor safety area through a horizontal switching channel, a stairway (7) is arranged in the underground part (1), a smoke-proof front chamber (6) is arranged between the smoke-proof stairway (5) and the underground operation space (4), and a smoke-proof front chamber (5) is arranged in the horizontal switching system or the smoke-proof front chamber (5) is arranged.

- 7. A dumper chamber underground safety evacuation facility according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the smoke-proof stairwell (5) is at least two arranged independently and discretely.
- 8. A dumper chamber underground safety evacuation facility according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the smoke-proof front chamber (6) is located inside the underground working space (4).

A car dumper room underground safety evacuation facility according to claim 8, characterized in that the underground working space (4) has at least two floors, in each of which a smoke-proof front room (6) is provided, the smoke-proof front room (6) being connected to the landing of the stairs (7).
- 10. A dumper chamber underground safety evacuation facility according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the horizontal transfer passage is connected to the landing of the stairs (7).
Description
Underground safety evacuation facility for car dumper room Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial building fireproof safety, and particularly relates to an underground safety evacuation facility of a car dumper chamber. Background The dumper room is a key industrial building for receiving a large amount of bulk coal in a railway transportation mode in a thermal power plant, and is internally provided with and operates a dumper system. In order to meet the environmental protection requirement, the overground part of the dumper room is usually provided with a closed greenhouse to prevent dust from diffusing during coal unloading operation, and the underground part of the dumper room is provided with a reinforced concrete coal unloading hopper and a corresponding underground floor according to process arrangement to match the height of the coal hopper with the arrangement of an underground coal conveying belt conveyor. The coverage of a closed greenhouse is typically much greater than the footprint of the subsurface portion (as shown in fig. 1). At present, a safety evacuation scheme is generally adopted in the underground part of the car dumper room, wherein steel stairs are arranged on each floor of the underground as vertical traffic facilities, and people are evacuated to the ground layer through the steel stairs and then evacuated to the outside through a door on the outer wall of a closed greenhouse. The existing scheme has obvious potential safety hazards that firstly, an underground evacuation steel ladder is not effectively fireproof separated from an underground coal-containing production operation space, so that an evacuation path is in a fire hazard environment, and secondly, after people arrive at a ground layer, a safety exit cannot be directly communicated outdoors, still needs to pass through a ground operation area where a fire disaster possibly occurs, and an independent and effective safety evacuation path cannot be formed. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems that in the existing underground safety evacuation scheme of the dumper chamber, the evacuation path is not isolated from a fire hazard area, and the ground outlet cannot be directly communicated with the outside, the invention provides the underground safety evacuation facility of the dumper chamber, a complete, independent and smoke-proof safety evacuation system is constructed, and the building fire-proof level and the personnel evacuation safety guarantee level of the underground part of the dumper chamber can be obviously improved.
