- 1. The oil pump is characterized by comprising an oil outlet valve, a head thread, an internal thread plunger, an oil inlet valve, a traveling valve, an oil inlet plug, an upper coupling, a wear-resisting ring, a pump barrel, a middle coupling, a lower coupling, a connecting pipe, a pressure reducing valve assembly and a fixed valve joint, wherein the upper part of the oil outlet valve is connected with an oil pumping rod, the upper end of the double thread is connected with the oil outlet valve through threads, the plunger is a lower end connecting piece plunger, the plunger lower end is connected with the oil inlet valve through threads, the traveling valve is placed in the oil inlet valve, the oil inlet plug is connected with the oil inlet valve through threads, the oil inlet plug is tightly abutted against a valve seat of the traveling valve, the upper part of the upper coupling is connected with an oil pipe through threads, the lower part of the pump barrel is connected with the pump barrel, the top of the upper coupling is tightly abutted against the wear-resisting ring between the upper coupling and the outer ring of the oil outlet valve, the lower end of the pump barrel is connected with the middle coupling, the lower end of the connecting pipe is connected with the pressure reducing valve through the lower coupling, the pressure reducing valve is connected with the fixed valve joint through threads, the inner hole surface of the pump barrel is provided with a nickel carbide coating, the outer surface of the internal thread plunger is provided with a tungsten carbide coating, and the nickel carbide coating forms a friction pair with a potential difference of less than or equal to 0.3V.
- 2. The oil well pump of claim 1 wherein the base material of the pump barrel is 1Cr5Mo, the wall thickness is 8mm or 10mm and above, and the minimum yield strength of the base body is 70Ksi.
- 3. The oil well pump according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein the base material of the internal thread plunger is alloy steel, a tungsten carbide nonmetallic ceramic coating is sprayed on the surface of the base material, and sand-settling tank spray welding of the internal thread plunger is naturally formed.
- 4. The oil-well pump of claim 3, wherein the traveling valve and the pressure reducing valve assembly are made of a tungsten carbide valve seat combination matched with a zirconia ceramic valve ball, and a high-density polytetrafluoroethylene material is sprayed on an inner hole of the tungsten carbide valve seat.
- 5. The oil well pump of claim 1, wherein the pressure reducing valve assembly is formed by connecting two valve covers in series, wherein two ball valves are arranged in the pressure reducing valve assembly, the upper part is a sealing ball valve, the lower part is a pressure reducing ball valve, the opening impact position of the valve ball is an inclined plane and is provided with a through hole, and the area of a liquid flow passage is increased.

The oil well pump of claim 1, further comprising a pump down gas sand anchor, wherein the fixed valve joint is connected with the upper part of the pump down gas sand anchor, the pump down gas sand anchor comprises a liquid inlet outer pipe, a separating pipe, a liquid inlet pipe, a positioning joint and a sand setting cavity, the upper part of the liquid inlet outer pipe is provided with an inclined exhaust hole, the lower part of the liquid inlet pipe is provided with an inclined liquid inlet hole, hydraulic force can enter the inside through the inclined liquid inlet hole, the outer surface of the separating pipe is provided with a spiral sheet surrounded by a circumference, the spiral sheet is provided with a separating pipe liquid inlet hole in a descending manner, when liquid enters through the inclined liquid inlet hole, sand is split by spiral acceleration, gravel falls and is deposited to the sand setting cavity outwards round, liquid and gas enter through the separating pipe liquid inlet hole, gas ascends to be discharged through the inclined exhaust hole, liquid subsides, enters through the lower liquid inlet hole of the liquid inlet pipe, and ascends to reach the liquid inlet hole of the oil well pump.
- 7. The oil well pump of claim 1, wherein the valve housing of the oil inlet valve is a guide full-flow valve, a guide rib plate is arranged in the valve housing, and a wear ring is added between the upper part of the pump barrel and the coupling.
- 8. The oil pump of claim 1 wherein the length of the internally threaded plunger is greater than the length of the barrel.
- 9. The oil well pump of claim 1, wherein the valve housing oil outlet hole of the oil inlet valve is provided with a through hole.
- 10. The oil well pump of claim 1 wherein said barrel wall thickness is 8mm or 10mm and more.
Description
Oil pump Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum exploitation equipment, and particularly relates to an oil pump which is capable of realizing multi-working condition self-adaption of corrosion, scaling, abrasion, wax precipitation, high gas-oil ratio, deep well, thickened oil thermal recovery, inclined well and the like through modularized design. Background With the exploitation of oil wells, the downhole environment is getting worse, and the complex well conditions put higher performance demands on the oil pump. The conventional oil pump has the following defects that single materials and structures cannot cope with composite well conditions, such as corrosion and abrasion of a pump barrel and a plunger of the oil pump caused by high H 2 S gas and high sand oil well, high gas-oil ratio and well inclination, reduced adaptability and even failure of the single gas-proof oil pump and the inclined well oil pump, increased risks of burst of the pump barrel, failure of valve ball valve seat impact and fracture caused by insufficient strength of each thread of the plunger assembly under deep well working conditions, and thick oil thermal recovery, on one hand, the product structure is required to meet the field operation, and on the other hand, scaling and high oil viscosity are required to lead the product structure of the oil pump to be complex and changeable. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the technical problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides an oil-well pump, which adopts a conventional oil-well pump product structure, solves the oil-well pump problems caused by corrosion, abrasion, deep well and high temperature of different degrees under the well through materials, surface treatment and product structure, and solves the oil-well pump problems caused by high oil-gas ratio, well deviation, sand content, thickened oil, scaling and wax precipitation through directly replacing or adding a functional module on a pump. As a further technical scheme, the base material of the pump cylinder adopts 1Cr5Mo, the wall thickness is 8mm or 10mm or more, and the minimum yield strength of the base body is 70Ksi.
