The combined plunger valve with flushing function according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact surfaces of the second valve seat (19) and the first valve body (8) are respectively provided with a positioning step and a positioning spigot (8-3), and the second valve seat (19) is sunk into the positioning spigot (8-3) of the first valve body (8) through the positioning step.
