In the application, the mechanical driving rotor wing assembly of the driving unit is adopted to rotate so as to break and push accumulated ash, and the technical problem that the existing soot blowing technology cannot be put into operation due to insufficient steam pressure when the boiler depth peak is regulated (low load) is solved. Meanwhile, the blowing damage, corrosion and cold and hot impact damage to the heating surface caused by steam or compressed air blowing are avoided, the structure is relatively simple, the operation economy is higher, the horizontal flue dust can be effectively removed in real time, and the operation safety and economy of the unit are obviously improved.
