Description
Calibration piece for calibrating collagen content measurement and method and system for measuring collagen content Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of medical testing, and more particularly to a calibration piece for calibrating a collagen content measurement and a method and system for measuring collagen content. Background Collagen (also known as collagen), which is very important for the living body. Particularly, in the human body, collagen is a protein with the largest content in the human body, is an extremely important structural protein component of connective tissues such as skin, bone and cartilage, teeth, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels throughout each organ of human tissues, and is involved in physiological actions such as morphological composition, proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, migration, development of individuals, reproduction, information transmission, coagulation, tissue repair and the like of cells, and is also involved in the prevention and treatment of skin aging and the occurrence of certain diseases. Therefore, in clinical testing, it is highly desirable to measure the collagen content in humans. Various analytical methods commonly used in biochemistry and analytical chemistry are cumbersome, although quantification of collagen can be performed. Another type of high pressure liquid chromatography not only requires the provision of specialized equipment and adds complexity, but also has significant limitations. Moreover, these methods cannot detect living bodies, and require that an ex-vivo sample be obtained and then detected. Therefore, a new technology is needed to conveniently and accurately measure the collagen content of an object. Disclosure of Invention The present invention is directed to overcoming the above and/or other problems in the art. By scanning the calibration piece for calibrating the measurement of the collagen content provided by the invention by CT (computed tomography) equipment, the method and the system for measuring the collagen content can realize accurate measurement of the collagen content in a human body or other objects. According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a calibration piece for calibrating a collagen content measurement, which may include a plurality of sets of collagen components having different collagen contents from each other, wherein when the calibration piece is scanned by a CT apparatus, a correspondence of collagen content-CT value is obtained based on CT scan data of at least two sets of collagen components among the plurality of sets of collagen components and respective collagen contents of the at least two sets of collagen components. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for measuring collagen content, which may include the steps of scanning the calibration piece of the present invention by a CT apparatus to obtain CT scan data of the at least two sets of collagen components, obtaining a correspondence of collagen content-CT value based on the CT scan data of the at least two sets of collagen components and the collagen content of each of the at least two sets of collagen components, scanning a measurement object by the CT apparatus to obtain CT scan data of the measurement object, and obtaining collagen content in the measurement object based on the CT scan data of the measurement object and the correspondence of the collagen content-CT value. According to a third aspect of the present invention, a system for measuring collagen content is provided, which may comprise a CT apparatus and a calculation unit. The CT apparatus may be configured to scan the calibration piece of the present invention to obtain CT scan data of the at least two sets of collagen components, and to scan a measurement object to obtain CT scan data of the measurement object. The calculation unit may be configured to obtain a correspondence of collagen content-CT value based on CT scan data of the at least two sets of collagen components and respective collagen contents of the at least two sets of collagen components, and to obtain collagen content in the measurement object based on the correspondence of CT scan data of the measurement object and the collagen content-CT value. Through a great deal of experiments, the inventor of the present application finds that CT scan data (CT values) obtained after different collagen contents and different collagen components corresponding to the collagen contents are scanned by the same CT apparatus (under the same system parameters) have a one-to-one correspondence, and the relationship is basically linear. Based on the great findings, the inventor skillfully introduces a calibration piece comprising a plurality of groups of collagen components with different contents, and can obtain the corresponding relation of the collagen content-CT value under the CT equipment with high precision based on CT scanning da
